I previously relied on a number of APIs (paid) and RSS feeds for article collection. While this seemed to work okay, the gaps in my data were less than ideal. Plus, I still had to conduct my own filtering and entity identification. Overall, my previous setup slowed down the analysis I was trying to conduct. Athena removes these pre-analysis barriers by simply and accurately providing the data I need. This allows me to focus on subsequent actions/triggers. Finally, I love having access to a large backlog of articles. This has already opened up a few new ideas/paths for future analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although I'm still testing things out, I haven't found a ton to dislike. Perhaps a list of refresh times (on average) per source would be useful? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
