**What do you like best about aTalent TM?**

What I appreciate most about aTalent TM is how intuitive and structured the performance 
module is. As someone values clarity and alignment of software — this platform is really like 
that. 
I can easily set and track my own OKRs, refer back to previous evaluations, and even see how 
my goals connect with my manager’s, which makes aligning on priorities so much easier.  
The quarterly check-in feature has changed the way I think about performance conversations 
— it has become a but an ongoing meaningful dialogue instead of a once-a-year event.

**What do you dislike about aTalent TM?**

The system notifications can sometimes feel a little too frequent, especially during active 
performance cycles. It’s a minor thing, but it does break focus sometimes.  
Also, there are a few features like the calibration results or goal library that feel a bit hidden 
— for someone who doesn’t use them regularly, it would be helpful to have clearer 
guidance to me navigate those parts more easily.

**What problems is aTalent TM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we implement aTalent, performance reviews felt like an end-of-year formality. It was 
rushed, vague, and often disconnected from actual program. But now, we can have our 
program broken down into clear stages, including setting goals, regular feedback, structured 
evaluations. It’s become a rhythm, not a reaction.

**What do you like best about aTalent TM?**

aTalent’s performance management module perfectly supports functions like goal setting, 
goal alignment, quarterly discussions, performance calibration, and quarterly ranking. It allows 
me to better plan and track my performance targets. 
Also I can easily view historical goal libraries and other’s goals, which helps me better align 
my goals to the organizational strategy. Also, The built in reminder features is a big plus, its 
ensures I never miss any key milestones, such as quarterly reviews for example.

**What do you dislike about aTalent TM?**

Sometimes system can be slow, especially when large datasets or performing batch 
operations were loading. 
I also. Feel that the user interface could be more intuitive, especially for the goal management 
section. I would appreciate fewer page switches and a more streamlined design.

**What problems is aTalent TM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

aTalent TM addresses the core challenges in our performance management program. It 
simplifies the goal management, enhancing the goal consistency in organizational level. For
me, aTalent really helps boost my work efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhances the 
visibility of our performance management process.

**What do you like best about aTalent TM?**

-really improved productivity and performance management efficiency. It provides a comprehensive dashboard that aggregates performance data throughout the year

-aTalent TM integrates seamlessly with our other HR systems, including payroll and learning management platform.

-collecting feedback is easy, the system help us to better track the engagement with multi-dimensional questionaries, and we can set the weight of different kind of feedback, and we can even invite the external parties—our customers—to join the feedback process.

**What do you dislike about aTalent TM?**

-	As an admin, I will really appreciate some built-in guidance, or we could really benefit from a comprehensive onboarding training; it would help new users to take full advantage of the system's advanced features.

- Although the built-in reporting tools are robust, I will appreciate more options for customized drill-downs to facilitate ad-hoc analyses. Such customized reports can meet the unique needs. of different departments and further enhance the decision making.

**What problems is aTalent TM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

aTalent TM transformed our performance management process, it eliminated our dependency of manual spreadsheets.   It provides a centralized dashboard that indicates key performance data throughout the year.  It saved our countless of hours on data processing and enhance our ability to make informed, data driven decisions.  its definitely a gamer changer.

**What do you like best about aTalent TM?**

The user experience is great! The interface is simply enough for everyone to easily kickstart. Creating OKR, assigning collaborators, or tracking down progresses is very simple. 
aTalent AI assistant can help to understand OKR, create and fine tune our OKRs. with help of AI,  the user acceptance is high, and its easy to promote it within the organization. And we got pretty good feedback from employees after implementation.

**What do you dislike about aTalent TM?**

I can’t think of anything that can be improved for now, We encountered a few technical bugs initially, but they were resolved very quickly. Overall, the platform meets our needs, and there isn’t much to complain about.

**What problems is aTalent TM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

aTalent OKR make it easy to align individual objectives with organizational goals. It also fosters cross department collaborations and communications- that is something we find difficult before. Now we can clearly see exactly what objectives others are working on and know how to assist. And I find it extremely help to align my own goals with my team goals.

**What do you like best about aTalent TM?**

- Highly configurable, perfectly meet our requirements
- clear and transparent goal tracking, creating OKRs with support of ai is easy, and ai OKR recommendation is easy.
- excellent customer support
- it can customized with our branding requirement
- integrated well with email. Wechat, and MS teams.

**What do you dislike about aTalent TM?**

- outdated UI and UX
- the system administrator could feel a bit overwhelmed at the beginning, hard to use for new user, definitely need some training for the system.

**What problems is aTalent TM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

aTalent TM helps us streamline our performance management, we use aTalent TM for annual performance reviews, now we can have all the data, feedback, in one place. The progress tracking and engagement have become easier. and now all the data are traceable and transparent, easy to manage.

**What do you like best about aTalent TM?**

We are impressed by the flexibility of aTalent TM. It can accommodate both simple and complex cases. this feature makes it highly fits our diverse business needs. It helps us to manage complex, multi-level goals that meet our demands of performance management. At the meantime, we can keep the management progress simple and straightforward when we want it to be. 

Integration: aTalent TM integrates well with our communication tools, it is a big plus, really improves efficiency and save lot of time. and the implementation is very easy. 

Design: Both the design on PC and mobile is reasonable and visually pleasing, which make users easily to use. We can see that the developers are putting efforts on utilizing the mobile experience. 

Overall, as the leader of the project, I find easy to promote this new system within the organization.

**What do you dislike about aTalent TM?**

The system is relatively new so there are some part of the user experience can be refined. 

We are occasionally meeting some lag, pretty sure the systems would work better with more stable network. 

we understand that standard products may not as flexible compared with those fully customized solutions in meeting some nuanced requirements during the implementation.

**What problems is aTalent TM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

aTalent TM helps us to streamlined planning and reporting into one system, relief the management burden and making the whole process more transparent.

It helps us to address the inefficiency of the offline management process. In the past, most of our management workflow relied on manual work, we were using a lot of spreadsheets and ppt to do the work report, which is time and resource wasting, and it is impossible to make all data accurate and precise.

**What do you like best about aTalent TM?**

aTalent TM seamlessly integrated with our currently using platforms, which allows real time synchronization with our master data and it can trigger notification in our workflow tools. 

We were impressed by the speed on project implementation and development. the requirements presented by our side can be respond quickly. The whole project timeline is short and I’m able to see the product iterations in action. 

Also, aTalent TM is highly effective in handling multi role collaborations. It can distinguishes the roles and permissions when multiple participants are involved in goal setting process. 

I have fair confidence in security and reliability of aTalent TM. after we have done extensive testing and validation. The data stored can be well protected.

**What do you dislike about aTalent TM?**

Some elements in aTalent TM is standard design, it cannot make significant customizations. We need to guide users who were previously in traditional workflows. 

some features are less obvious to locate one the mobile end, and those features seems to be more optimized for IOS users. It would creates higher learning curve for Android users. 

Furthermore, the reporting and management functions for the admin is not as good as compared to what they offerd to the other users. We hope this can be improved in the future.

**What problems is aTalent TM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

aTalent TM services as an intelligent assistant, which helps us to digitalize all tasks and relieve manager’s burdens. It provides timely reminders on project milestones and updates.

In the past, our workflow requires us to switch frequently between several management platforms, which was cumbersome to operate. Also, the progress can’t be synchronized in real time, all notifications were delayed. We find it hard to push the project forward and collaborates with the team.

**What do you like best about aTalent TM?**

aTalent OKR is an outstanding tool to set clear goals and track progress transparently. It's easy to use. 

And its powered by AI! The AI assistant gives me pretty decent OKR recommendations based on my role, industry, and organizational scale, and I am impressed by its deep, pharmaceutical specific knowledge to provide such recommendations.

and the whole implementation process was pretty smooth, i love the service team.

Nothing so far, im pretty satisfied with this tool

**What problems is aTalent TM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have problem in cascading strategic objectives from the top, and misinterpretations were pretty common. People often understood what they were doing, but not why they were doing it. We now have a clear and measurable way to translate overall strategy into actional, visible, and trackable tasks that can be effectively communicated across the organization, despite the complexity of structure and any barriers.

**What do you like best about aTalent TM?**

aTalent TM is easy to use, and the layout is intuitive. The system is flexible and support our customized needs. it ensures a standardized, fair and transparent process in talent evaluation.
Customer support has been very responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about aTalent TM?**

Compared with how well the UX and layout is, the UI could be more visually appealing. It feels bit outdated compared to system’s capabilities.

**What problems is aTalent TM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

aTalent TM has streamlined our 360 feedback and talent review processes, making it easier to identify and manage talent across all levels, contributing to a healthy talent pipeline. Before, it was difficult for HQ to discover talent in our subsidiaries and at the operational level. Also,we now only need fewer manual work, and talent management is more efficient.

**What do you like best about aTalent TM?**

aTalent TM is incredible from a manager perspective like my self, our orgnization has implement this solution for almost 2 years. We really appreciate how well it integrated the performance management process, the goals, reviews, employee feedback and 1:1s are all linked. save much of efforts thanks to the accessbility and easy updates. 

i also love the customer support. the consultants all responds quickly and they are knowledgeable. there is an integrated ticket management platform and live chat box build in the system. which allows  real time chat and organized debug process.

**What do you dislike about aTalent TM?**

i dont have anything to complain. but if i have to mentionsomething, we would have the challendge to learn and we have to follow the user manual to preperly use the platform. because we do performance 2 times a year, and we always forget how it works. but i understand performance management is complicated and all other systems might have the same struggle.

**What problems is aTalent TM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

aTalent TM is very helpful in setting objectives,  reviewing my team performances, helping with their career development and it helps to provide more objective reviews. Managers can always stay on track, we also use the OKR to align the invividual goals with the orgnization goals. also i can give constructive feedback to my teams. and we are now becoming more data driven, which is fair and would help me make the right call. for me personally, it make me closer to my team, for the whole orgnization, it would increase the productivity and employee engagement.

**What do you like best about aTalent TM?**

The user interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. The transparency of the OKR system enables us to view goals across the organization, facilitating alignment and collaboration between departments. Reporting has improved significantly—shifting away from Excel has streamlined our processes.
Support is another strong point. The integrated ticket management system allows for real-time communication with aTalent consultants, who address issues promptly and effectively, saving us valuable time.
Mobile support is also a plus; we can update OKR progress anytime, anywhere, without needing to download an app.

**What do you dislike about aTalent TM?**

I don’t have major complaints, but there are a couple of minor concerns. The rules for syncing OKR progress can be somewhat complicated, also the rules for breaking down goals can occasionally be unclear.

We utilize the performance management module organization-wide. As we transition from spreadsheets to a digital system, it has reduced the burden on our HR team, enabling us to focus on more strategic tasks.I don’t have major complaints, but there are a couple of minor concerns.
