What I appreciate most about aTalent TM is how intuitive and structured the performance
module is. As someone values clarity and alignment of software — this platform is really like
that.
I can easily set and track my own OKRs, refer back to previous evaluations, and even see how
my goals connect with my manager’s, which makes aligning on priorities so much easier.
The quarterly check-in feature has changed the way I think about performance conversations

The system notifications can sometimes feel a little too frequent, especially during active
performance cycles. It’s a minor thing, but it does break focus sometimes.
Also, there are a few features like the calibration results or goal library that feel a bit hidden
— for someone who doesn’t use them regularly, it would be helpful to have clearer
