What do you like best about aTalent TM?

What I appreciate most about aTalent TM is how intuitive and structured the performance

module is. As someone values clarity and alignment of software — this platform is really like

that.

I can easily set and track my own OKRs, refer back to previous evaluations, and even see how

my goals connect with my manager’s, which makes aligning on priorities so much easier.

The quarterly check-in feature has changed the way I think about performance conversations

What do you dislike about aTalent TM?

The system notifications can sometimes feel a little too frequent, especially during active

performance cycles. It’s a minor thing, but it does break focus sometimes.

Also, there are a few features like the calibration results or goal library that feel a bit hidden

— for someone who doesn’t use them regularly, it would be helpful to have clearer

What do you like best about aTalent TM?

aTalent’s performance management module perfectly supports functions like goal setting,

goal alignment, quarterly discussions, performance calibration, and quarterly ranking. It allows

me to better plan and track my performance targets.

Also I can easily view historical goal libraries and other’s goals, which helps me better align

my goals to the organizational strategy. Also, The built in reminder features is a big plus, its

What do you dislike about aTalent TM?

Sometimes system can be slow, especially when large datasets or performing batch

operations were loading.

I also. Feel that the user interface could be more intuitive, especially for the goal management

-really improved productivity and performance management efficiency. It provides a comprehensive dashboard that aggregates performance data throughout the year

What do you dislike about aTalent TM?

- As an admin, I will really appreciate some built-in guidance, or we could really benefit from a comprehensive onboarding training; it would help new users to take full advantage of the system's advanced features.

- Although the built-in reporting tools are robust, I will appreciate more options for customized drill-downs to facilitate ad-hoc analyses. "aTalent OKR is easy for everyone to kickstart"
What do you like best about aTalent TM?

The user experience is great! The interface is simply enough for everyone to easily kickstart. Creating OKR, assigning collaborators, or tracking down progresses is very simple.

aTalent AI assistant can help to understand OKR, create and fine tune our OKRs. with help of AI, the user acceptance is high, and its easy to promote it within the organization. And we got pretty good feedback from employees after implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about aTalent TM?

What do you like best about aTalent TM?

We are impressed by the flexibility of aTalent TM. It can accommodate both simple and complex cases. this feature makes it highly fits our diverse business needs. It helps us to manage complex, multi-level goals that meet our demands of performance management. At the meantime, we can keep the management progress simple and straightforward when we want it to be.

Integration: aTalent TM integrates well with our communication tools, it is a big plus, really improves efficiency and save lot of time. and the implementation is very easy.

Design: Both the design on PC and mobile is reasonable and visually pleasing, which make users easily to use. We can see that the developers are putting efforts on utilizing the mobile experience.

The system is relatively new so there are some part of the user experience can be refined.

We are occasionally meeting some lag, pretty sure the systems would work better with more stable network.

What do you like best about aTalent TM?

aTalent TM seamlessly integrated with our currently using platforms, which allows real time synchronization with our master data and it can trigger notification in our workflow tools.

We were impressed by the speed on project implementation and development. the requirements presented by our side can be respond quickly. The whole project timeline is short and I’m able to see the product iterations in action.

Also, aTalent TM is highly effective in handling multi role collaborations. It can distinguishes the roles and permissions when multiple participants are involved in goal setting process.

I have fair confidence in security and reliability of aTalent TM. after we have done extensive testing and validation. The data stored can be well protected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about aTalent TM?

Some elements in aTalent TM is standard design, it cannot make significant customizations. We need to guide users who were previously in traditional workflows.

some features are less obvious to locate one the mobile end, and those features seems to be more optimized for IOS users. It would creates higher learning curve for Android users.

What do you like best about aTalent TM?

aTalent OKR is an outstanding tool to set clear goals and track progress transparently. It's easy to use.

And its powered by AI! The AI assistant gives me pretty decent OKR recommendations based on my role, industry, and organizational scale, and I am impressed by its deep, pharmaceutical specific knowledge to provide such recommendations.

What do you like best about aTalent TM?

aTalent TM is incredible from a manager perspective like my self, our orgnization has implement this solution for almost 2 years. We really appreciate how well it integrated the performance management process, the goals, reviews, employee feedback and 1:1s are all linked. save much of efforts thanks to the accessbility and easy updates.

i also love the customer support. the consultants all responds quickly and they are knowledgeable. there is an integrated ticket management platform and live chat box build in the system. which allows real time chat and organized debug process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about aTalent TM?

i dont have anything to complain. but if i have to mentionsomething, we would have the challendge to learn and we have to follow the user manual to preperly use the platform. because we do performance 2 times a year, and we always forget how it works. but i understand performance management is complicated and all other systems might have the same struggle.
