I love how Assembly by Quantum Workplace has honestly changed how our team recognizes each other. Before, appreciation was kind of lost in Slack or just happened in passing conversation. Now, there's a dedicated space where appreciation actually feels visible and it's built this really cool culture where people feel seen for their hard work. The point system is a really great part, and I find that points accrue surprisingly quickly through everyday recognition. The fact that they translate into real money through a gift card makes it feel like the company's genuinely investing in us, not just saying nice things.
