"Effortless Recognition and Rewards Make Assembly a Must-Have"

What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

I really enjoy using Assembly because it makes recognizing colleagues so straightforward. The email reminders ensure I never miss a chance to express my gratitude or highlight the great work of others. I also value how easy it is to add extra recognition to shout outs that have already been given. One of the features I like most is the option to award points, which can then be redeemed for gift cards. This adds an extra layer of reward to showing appreciation. Assembly has made recognizing colleagues more consistent, engaging, and enjoyable. I highly recommend the Assembly platform, as it helps employees celebrate achievements on a regular basis. What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

One downside is that the number of tokens are limited, especially when I want to recognize more colleagues. It would also be helpful if unused tokens rolled over, because if I forget to post recognition before the end of the month, I end up losing them. More flexibility with tokens would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
