I think it has a neat and sleek design, making it easy to identify employees in the system and choose appreciation categories. The appreciation shows up instantly, and the rewards or coins are credited right away. With integration to chat tools like Slack, I receive instant messages when I appreciate someone or someone else appreciates me, which is great. The initial setup was very easy since everything was already done by the organization, so I just logged in with my credentials. I would give it a 9 because it's really helpful, although sometimes redemption options like Amazon gift cards run out.
