**What do you like best about Aspen PIMS-AO?**

AI cutting edge features were the most helpful as they helped in making refinery feedstock planning easy. Also, the availability of different state of the art models in assay management helps in achieveing product sale and production targets.

**What do you dislike about Aspen PIMS-AO?**

Nothing in particular but regular update is necessary to remove bugs.

**Recommendations to others considering Aspen PIMS-AO:**

An easy-to-use tool for someone who needs to look after the planning and scheduling of feedstocks in refineries.

**What problems is Aspen PIMS-AO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly related to the blend analysis of crude and its management in refinery according to the demand in different units. Optimizing the feedstocks to reduce the inventory and reduce demurrage.
