UI can be improved further to enhance customer experience. Sometimes app's positions by keywords are counted too long. Also, some keywords in the system have outdated "ASO popularity" numbers, which can lead to wrong decisions by ASO manager.

The best thing about that tool is a daily report, as I am a free user I can see 10 keywords daily rank which is most accurate. The website has all the necessary features to deliver a good ASO work. The Keyword Intelligence Tool grabbed my attention because I had the opportunity to use something similar in a different platform and it was very very helpful.

In terms of competitor's analytics is also very complete and represented a huge help for our benchmark reports. The Keyword Density tool, for example, is amazing and it's a must for the daily work of every ASO manager. However, you can find something very similar in other platforms. I had a bad time using ASOdesk because the UI is not clean and I find myself lost very easily. The different features and parameters should be highlighted in a different way and maybe some extra space between the boards and the menu would also help. I don't know exactly, because I'm not a UI/UX expert, but I can tell for sure that the experience isn't fluid at all. Usually, you don't have to think a lot to find the tools you are looking for, because everything is where it should be.
