Ascent HCM is a user platform that provide disorganized compliance management. There are aspects of Ascent HCM that are not good. Its limited range of functions and features make managing HR tasks much difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ascent does the job, It provides the tax management, Tax history, Payroll history, Payslips etc. all in one place. The dynamic Tax calculator is one the coolest things they have, especially if you are a taxpayer in India. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I dislike about Ascent is, that there are many controls for which you need to reach out to their team for support, great support btw and yes, the UI!! the UI can be a huge area of opportunity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is built in a simple way
