I haven’t used other SD-WAN products, but compared with traditional MPLS devices, the Aryaka dashboard makes daily operations and troubleshooting much quicker and easier.

During deployment, I only had to configure the local ISP circuit; all other setup tasks were handled remotely by Aryaka technicians through a USB drive plugged in.

Although the Aryaka dashboard offers many features, I only use a small portion of them. Our main focus is maintaining operational stability, as this greatly reduces end-user complaints.

Aryaka’s monitoring capabilities are also impressive, providing a well-designed interface that clearly shows the network status of PoPs whenever an issue occurs.

As a network engineer who based in China, my biggest challenge with Aryaka has been the lack of Chinese-language technical support. In particular, the strong Indian accent of some support staff makes communication more difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WAN setup is a true WAN. It's not a collection of VPNs. They manage the connectivity and it is truly like we are on one network.

When they manage the ISP, it's headache free. If a circuit goes down, they immediately reach out to the vendor and work on resolution, all while keeping us informed of the status.

When I think about Aryaka I think about their support. The people reply fast and are very helpful. Most of the time they can hop on a call the same day and will escalate quickly if they cannot solve it. They are willing to spend a lot of time to solve the problem. Aryaka has partnered with our organisation over the past several years to implement SDWAN and, more recently, SASE. The Aryaka team ensured the transition was as seamless as possible. Their technical implementation team was dedicated and committed to delivering on time and without any issues. The support team is a pleasure to work with; they are efficient and have collaborated with us to streamline the fulfilment of internal requests. Their SD-WAN service works great and especially their last mile management of circuits is an invaluable resource to us. It frees up our IT staff to perform higher level functions and greatly reduces friction with the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is definitely pricey. You do get proper value but the cost is still at a premium. Also, we've had continual issues with data accuracy and reporting.
