**Describe the project or task Arvato helped with:**

Understanding how to make the most of IT opportunities. We used systems and Arvato's consulting to implement software to our tech stack.

**What do you like best about Arvato?**

It is easy and quick to get feedback and make things happen. Our team was able to minimize the time to implement new models and add structure to our organization. 


**What do you dislike about Arvato?**

It is somewhat difficult to find what Arvato does, what they excel in, and how to better approach. Since there are so many solutions across the company, just finding it and understanding business value was difficult - yet this is so critical.

**What problems is Arvato solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our ways of working are smoother and solutions can be fully brainstormed from end to end but then executed, instead of just sitting in the ideation phase.
