It solves the three-party coordination problem that agency recruiters face every day - scheduling interviews between candidates and clients who have no shared calendar system, without requiring either party to create an account or log in. Key features include Candidate Scheduling Links, which allow recruiters to drop a scheduling link directly into a candidate submission email. The client clicks the link and chooses to either provide their own availability or request the candidate's times. Once a time is selected, Arrange automatically sends calendar invites to all parties. Arrange integrates with the ATS platforms agency recruiters actually use - Loxo, Crelate, RecruitCRM, and Recruiterflow. When an interview is confirmed, the candidate's stage updates automatically in the connected ATS and the interview details are logged without manual input. Another feature - Arrange Connect allows recruiters to create booking pages on behalf of clients and hiring managers - giving them a shareable scheduling link without requiring the client to set anything up themselves. I don't like having to enter so much info for each instance I need a link produced. I do high volume recruiting. The recommended Candidate Scheduling is the best fit for my business, but I’d really love an option to generate two links at the same time for a single submission: one for the client and one for the candidate. **What problems is Arrange solving and how is that benefiting you?** For some of my clients, it’s helping streamline the process of connecting with candidates submitted to them. ### 2. Saves me so much time **What do you dislike about Arrange?** Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with Arrange. If I had one suggestion, it would be the ability to view the dashboard in a single screen so I don’t have to toggle to the right to see the action column. Alternatively, if toggling is necessary, it would be helpful to still be able to see the candidate’s name while viewing that column. **What problems is Arrange solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having to coordinate calls between candidates and clients, with all the constant back-and-forth, used to be a real headache. As a business owner, it was such a time-sucker. Now I don’t feel like someone’s secretary anymore! ### 3. I don't have to spend time getting availability or rescheduling since I can just send a candidate scheduling link, and the client can easily book if they are interested. All the scheduling is automated, which saves me a lot of hassle. The product is super customizable. I use the candidate scheduling links a lot, but you can also manually schedule interviews and decide who goes first, client or candidate. The initial setup was also very easy; I just signed up with Google. **What do you dislike about Arrange?** Nothing that I can think of right now. **What problems is Arrange solving and how is that benefiting you?** Arrange automates scheduling, eliminating back-and-forth communication. I send a candidate a scheduling link, and clients can book interviews easily, saving time on availability checks and rescheduling. ### 4. All parties are able to see and select availabilities EASILY. Arrange is even mobile friendly so it's easy to update on the go. And while the process in the emails and invites is intuitive and easy enough, I love that I can share a DIRECT link to the availability pages for both clients and for candidates! ### 5.
