**What do you like best about Arnold Robot?**

I probably liked the speed of Arnold's processing the most during the crisis, when we needed to launch it really quickly. The functionality and language of Arnold exactly match our group of employees, and we received nice feedback on it.
Arnold's report is also very easy to understand and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Arnold Robot?**

There is no option to edit words in the questionnaire, for example, at Starbucks we call ourselves partners, not employees, which is why the question about "contact with partners" was often misunderstood by respondents, and the same goes for clients, whom we call customers. But we went into it with that, so we consciously did not attach any importance to these questions afterwards.

**What problems is Arnold Robot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We focused mainly on the efficiency of our communication towards cafes during the crisis; it was great feedback not only for us as management but also directly for the cafe management team, which often opened their eyes and allowed them to catch potential misunderstandings or share missing information with their team.

**What do you like best about Arnold Robot?**

When working from home during covid-19, it was difficult for us to talk with all our employees on a regular basis. Arnold help us to keep in touch with colleagues and collected interesting data about their motivation and problems they solve.

**What do you dislike about Arnold Robot?**

As the service is really new, it took us some time to explain to our employees that they should chat with Arnold on regular basis.

**What problems is Arnold Robot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us - employee loyalty - they know that we are doing a lot to keep them happy
