We have a small family grocery shop but our customer base is huge so we were looking for some software solution where we can print bills and maintain cash transaction history and we got an AS-marketplace software product from Armsoft. Sometimes software get unresponsive I agree it could be due to hardware issue as well but it should show memory and CPU dashboard/graph where we can decide its a hardware or software issue.
