What do you like best about Arlo Training Management Software?

I like the clean administrative interface in Arlo Training Management Software because it makes it easy to train new employees and manage the complex aspects of our training business. I appreciate the API interface that allows us to customize the WordPress experience, enhancing the user experience for finding courses and providing a personalized view based on users' past interactions. The support we received during the setup was really good, helping us manage our complex course offerings. I'm also pleased with the software's capability to manage hundreds of courses a year and to display course information dynamically on our WordPress site. Additionally, the clean e-commerce purchasing experience utilizing Authorize.Net is valuable for our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arlo Training Management Software?

The registration and purchase process, although clean and straightforward, does not allow for customized changes to the flow, or more complex design elements. What do you like best about Arlo Training Management Software?

I like that Arlo Training Management Software brings schedules, registrations, and reports all in one spot. It really helps streamline how we manage the training by consolidating schedules and reporting into one system, which reduces admin work and keeps information consistent across the organization. What do you dislike about Arlo Training Management Software?

The ability to design their own website has a lot of limitations that affect SEO tracking. You also have very limited options on pages and designs for setting up a website. From our perspective, the website builder in Arlo was easy to use but quite limited. We found the design options were restrictive, making it difficult to fully customize pages. The SEO tracking or lack of ability to integrate into our website was the reason we left Arlo. Our internal team reported that it has small issues with customer importing (company details and users) had to be re-done a few times because of formatting issues - but nothing major to report on. What do you like best about Arlo Training Management Software?

I find Arlo Training Management Software pretty simple and easy to get up to speed on. It's customizable in terms of the labels, allowing us to match our internal business definitions, which makes it really easy to train people without having to translate terminology. This simplification has meant smooth adoption across the board. The initial setup was really easy despite our complex setup, thanks to the support and onboarding we received. The web development team was incredible, the product and onboarding teams were great, and our customer success manager has been fantastic from onboarding all the way through the years. What do you dislike about Arlo Training Management Software?

Our biggest dislike which is that arlos order API didn't allow automated approval or cancellation has recently been resolved, so now the only thing we dislike is that more complex scheduled offerings (weekly at a specific time and date as an example) doesn't allow us to use the lecturer request automation which would allow them to accept the offering or decline it so we still do this manually. What do you like best about Arlo Training Management Software?

Arlo is essential to our training business and has allowed us to scale effectively and efficiently. We use it for all aspects and would be lost without it.

Some aspects of Arlo are a little clunky but it’s in constant development and evolution. The only thing that could be improved is the email system that we’ve been asking and waiting for improvements to since we signed up years ago. The intuitive way that the program is made allows me to strengthen my brand in ways I never thought of. So I know what a webinar is. I'm a technology coach, but I NEVER thought about webinars being a critical factor in anything I did until Arlo; now, they are essential in revenue and lead generation. I wish there were a tier for startups with 0. I jumped into this without followers, leads, income, or expenses. While worth it, it is a burden, but the alternative is to choose one of the cheaper apps, and then you get yourself in situations I've been in, either no life lesson, no scheduling in-app, or no built-in marketing. The Knowledge Base has been my best friend since I started. The more I used and learned Arlo easier it was for me to find solutions in the Knowledge BAse.
