What do you like best about Arlo Training Management Software?

I like the clean administrative interface in Arlo Training Management Software because it makes it easy to train new employees and manage the complex aspects of our training business. I appreciate the API interface that allows us to customize the WordPress experience, enhancing the user experience for finding courses and providing a personalized view based on users' past interactions. The support we received during the setup was really good, helping us manage our complex course offerings. I'm also pleased with the software's capability to manage hundreds of courses a year and to display course information dynamically on our WordPress site. Additionally, the clean e-commerce purchasing experience utilizing Authorize.Net is valuable for our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arlo Training Management Software?

The registration and purchase process, although clean and straightforward, does not allow for customized changes to the flow, or more complex design elements. The eLearning module is not yet up to the same level of capability as the Courses module(s) - especially in the area of reporting on the learning results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Arlo Training Management Software?

I like that Arlo Training Management Software brings schedules, registrations, and reports all in one spot. It really helps streamline how we manage the training by consolidating schedules and reporting into one system, which reduces admin work and keeps information consistent across the organization. I also appreciate the more effective communications with customers through emails, such as reminders and certificates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arlo Training Management Software?

The ability to design their own website has a lot of limitations that affect SEO tracking. You also have very limited options on pages and designs for setting up a website. From our perspective, the website builder in Arlo was easy to use but quite limited. We found the design options were restrictive, making it difficult to fully customize pages. The SEO tracking or lack of ability to integrate into our website was the reason we left Arlo. Our internal team reported that it has small issues with customer importing (company details and users) had to be re-done a few times because of formatting issues - but nothing major to report on.
