"Great product option for small associations!"

What do you like best about ARitize Events?

I really like their customer service best. I've always been able to email the company rep and get a response quickly that will help solve any issues I'm having.I truly feel I am being heard when I have a question, concern, or even a suggestion about their product. I also really like the value of what you are getting. You get a lot of value out of very little investment. I currently use Nextech AR/MapDynamics and have used the product for ten shows in less than two years. I'm glad that a colleague recommended the Nextech AR (MapDynamics). What do you dislike about ARitize Events?

I'm not too fond of the new payment structure as much as what was available before. In the past, you had the opportunity to purchase one license per each event. I miss the option of doing that. Though the new structure is great for associations that have multiple events throughout the year, some of the smaller associations I manage only have one or two meetings per year, forcing one to purchase more licenses than needed. I also wish there was an option for association management organizations such as mine. Then we could have multiple licenses that could be used for multiple associations. What problems is ARitize Events solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Nextech, I am solving the issue of having a way to host my speakers, virtual exhibit hall, schedule, and other virtual event items in one location. I also really like the "discussions" feature and that each attendee has the option to update their profile. By selling virtual booths, I can still give traditional exhibitors a virtual alternative that helps the association gain additional revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As we were unable to hold our annual congress in person, Nextech AR helped us to realize a sucessful event regardless of lockdowns. "Intuitive platform"

What do you like best about ARitize Events?
