**What do you like best about Ariglad Knowledge Base?**

Ariglad intergrates with our Slack channels and our support tickets and identifies where there is missing product information in our knowledge base. It used to be extremly time consuming to sort through our support tickets etc. To find this information and now Ariglad gives us daily suggestions on where articles needs to be improved and even writes them from scratch.

**What do you dislike about Ariglad Knowledge Base?**

Can't think of anything at the moment, they are a super responsive team, so any questions I have had they have addressed super fast.

**What problems is Ariglad Knowledge Base solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of our customers goes to our knowledge base and our team wants to make sure that they have every opportunity to self serve. This used to be extremely time consuming as we are a soft ware company and so our product changes a lot. Now Ariglad has basically freed up the time we were spending on keeping the knowledge base updated, all we need to do now is look at the suggestions the AI provides and click approve so that they are implemented into our KB.

**What do you like best about Ariglad Knowledge Base?**

Before I was sorting through hundreds of Zendesk ticket conversations and making sure that helpful info was being transferred to the knowledge base. Ariglad now automates that entire process - saves me so much time of boring work!

**What do you dislike about Ariglad Knowledge Base?**

Can't think of much right now, they've been super helpful

**What problems is Ariglad Knowledge Base solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ROI is definitely around saving time and reducing the amount of resources we need to invest into keeping our knowledge base up to date

We don’t need to worry about making sure all our information is kept up to date for our customer support team. 
Easy to use and quite practical as we've been using it often.

Have not found anything I am unhappy with yet.

Our knowledge base wasn’t being updated frequent enough to keep up with customer demands.
