**What do you like best about Argus?**

Their team is different based on the requirement and domain. Their solutions are innovative and result-driven. Their team consists of members who can be poster kids for diversity. The members from various demographic backgrounds bring different perspectives to the team.

**What do you dislike about Argus?**

They run a team that is short on resources most of the time. For that, delay in the delivery of a few projects sometimes affects the clients adversely. Other than that, there is no such major dislike about Argus which we are dissatisfied about.

**Recommendations to others considering Argus:**

Consider their trial or low cost version for some initial days before subscribing to a full-fledged plan. They are very good at proving their worth before u are ready to buy their offering.

**What problems is Argus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Argus is a one-stop solution for all marketing and communication campaigns for multiple teams across the organisation. They come with a very creative and energetic team of content creators, analysts, and psychological experts who are experienced in the specific industry to drive sales and improve brand value. Not only that, their review system is well-rounded to quickly rectify and come up with better solutions if something goes south.

It is a tool for case processing and submission of adverse event reports to the regulatory agencies.

**What do you like best about Argus?**

Very efficient. Easy to use. Self explanatory. User friendly.

**What do you dislike about Argus?**

Need to update every 6 months and new things to learn.
