I like the ease of use and secure access to board documents all in one place. Meeting preparation and document sharing work well too. The initial setup was as easy as installing any other software. **What do you dislike about Aprio Board Portal?** I think Aprio Board Portal could be improved with faster performance when loading large documents, and it needs better search and filtering options for older files. **What problems is Aprio Board Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Aprio Board Portal for secure and private board meetings, document sharing, and communication. There are many aspects of the software I appreciate but, in particular, the ability to create a Board package from beginning to end in a few minutes is the greatest gift to my very busy and time-sensitive schedule. I love the agenda generator and the ability to create skeleton minutes in a fraction of the time it would otherwise take. The highest compliment I have, however, is for the Aprio support team who are quick and responsive whenever there is an issue or suggestions for improvements. **What do you dislike about Aprio Board Portal?** I would like to see more editing flexibility for minutes once they've been created, certain formatting issues can be frustrating. I would also appreciate simplyfing the printing process for documents in the library (adding a Print option rather than having to download as PDF first) would be great. **What problems is Aprio Board Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Board package preparation and circulation. The platform is very easy to use, training is easily obtained, customer support is quick when requiring help. The platform has a lot to offer, you can use what ever features suit your Board best. Aprio has made the Board more efficient and the workload less time consuming. Administration has been streamlined. I do not know what I would do without it. I love how the staff at Aprio really listen to their users and try to implement or change features based on their feedback. **What do you dislike about Aprio Board Portal?** There are a few features that we do not use but that is mostly due to our way or working rather than the software. I can see how those thngs would be beneficial to other organizations. **What problems is Aprio Board Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using Aprio, we have nearly eliminated paper-based processes and procedures for the Board. We can house all of our important Board related documents for immediate reference by our users. ### 9. It's easy to access and follow and keeps our board meetings running smoothly. I like how it converts all documents into PDF now. **What do you dislike about Aprio Board Portal?** There are many components of the program that we choose not to use because our Board prefers emails, signatures, and comments outside of the program. We also follow a different template for minutes than what is offered so we don't access that tool. It would be much more effective if our group used the program in its entirety but that's an 'us' problem. The integration process ran smoothly and was surprised how little effort our team had to put in. Our directors enjoy the site too and never receive any requests for assistance- very user friendly. The response time from their support team is excellent and when dealing with time sensitive issue, this is truly important. **What do you dislike about Aprio Board Portal?** After their recent upgrade, the ease of use for Administrators was simplified.
