I use AppointmentReminders.com for my private practice, and it really helps me stay in touch with my clients by reminding them of their upcoming sessions. It's a great prompt for people who are busy, helping them stay grounded so they don't miss important meetings. I also like the simplicity of the platform. It's easy to navigate, and the process doesn't take much time. I just go in, select the time frame I need for notifications to be sent out to my clients, choose the format, and save it. The process is pretty simple, with the only extra time being when I initially put in people's information.

The team is very responsive, the application is fairly simple to use and it does a great job. If (seldom) any issue arises, they are quick to resolve it. They put their customers first!

I have not found anything, yet. They are a fairly solid company.

The backend can be a little unintuitive at times.

I own a wedding officiating business and send reminders to all of my officiants when they have a wedding or rehearsal. If they don't confirm I get alerted and can act accordingly. This gives me peace of mind and also buys me time if there is a problem.

I have been looking for a simple, reliable way to send appointment reminders to my patients and this is it! Jonah was super helpful in getting me started and it's been a breeze to use the system. My patients love getting the reminders, helps them show up on the right day and at the right time

I have not found any downsides for my particular needs

**What problems is AppointmentReminders.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Three related problems it has solved. First patients contacting me via email or text wanting to know when their next appointment is because they can't find it on their calendar. Secondly patients not showing up for their appointments because of the above but not reaching out to get confirmation about their appointment. The third issue is patients showing up at the wrong time or on the wrong day which is stressful for everyone. 

This saves me time, money and stress. Yay!

It's easy to use. It conveys to our calender for quick answers.

When someone puts in a land line and it leaves a message, the people can't respond. It needs to say press 1 to confirm or 2  to cancel. They never call us back with the answer and we have to call them.

It frees up the workers from having to call all the customers to confirm appointments. It appears yes or no on the calendar too. Very helpful.

It was a quick, easy setup to start sending text messages for lesson appointments and gave reporting after they were sent that helped in making fewer calls to confirm.  They also offered a quick way for me as a developer to connect to that reporting to display to our users quickly.

I have not used them since the first of the year but I had very few issues because we plan to use them again this year.

We are growing in how many people are making appointments and this is cutting down on users having to manually reach out to every single person that we need to confirm reservations with for the next day.

I chose AppointmentReminders in 2013 because of it's ease of use and abiity to import reminders via a proprietary program we developed.  And the customer support from Jonah and his team is off the charts quick.

**What do you dislike about AppointmentReminders.com?**

At times the newer navigation menu is a little difficult to work around.  But that's minor.

**What problems is AppointmentReminders.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had issues where custom assigments we were giving our employees were being missed.  The text reminder feature was amazing.  In additon, during COVID, I was assigned to touch base with a group of folks weekly.  I used the text system to send a reminder where they could reply to a custom message.  It was so nice!

We didn't have to rely on patients opting into the service and sign waivers.  It did not open our patients up to "spam" notificiations. We depended on the service daily.  It was a simple system to use.

Only 1 person in clinic was able to see the portal where patients were reminded of appointments and now the service is built into our eletronic medical records system.
