**What do you like best about AppLink.io?**

ExperienceLink (former AppLink) has CMS architecture which is different from the traditional approach for our content infrastructure management. It follows Headless CMS architecture which provides increased flexibility & scalability for our enterprise solutions. It resembles a back-end content management system where the decoupling of the Presentation Layer (Head) and Content Repository (Body) is promoted to deliver seamless transactions across different devices & platforms. It offers custom event tracking features and also maintains event history for all our CMS activities.

**What do you dislike about AppLink.io?**

The thing I dislike about ExperienceLink is its lack of well-structured documentation. It is not much developer-friendly and I found difficulty in working with specific use cases related to mobile content enhancements for texts, assets and linked items. We are new to its platform so we expect dedicated documentation which can provide extensive insights into its CMS framework.

**What problems is AppLink.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ExperienceLink offers headless API management that is beneficial in sending all our content to a dedicated presentation layer. This also helps us in promoting reusable content across diversified channels & platforms. All the changes & access logs of users are conveniently captured by its Audit log console which gives peak performance insights, session timeout issues and security concerns that need our regulatory supervision. Also, it provides good analytics & monitoring services which help us identify hidden costs due to mobile app maintenance by third-party tools and enable us to maintain the budget allocations by our customers for their SDLM deployments.
