ExperienceLink (former AppLink) has CMS architecture which is different from the traditional approach for our content infrastructure management. It follows Headless CMS architecture which provides increased flexibility & scalability for our enterprise solutions. It resembles a back-end content management system where the decoupling of the Presentation Layer (Head) and Content Repository (Body) is promoted to deliver seamless transactions across different devices & platforms. It offers custom event tracking features and also maintains event history for all our CMS activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The thing I dislike about ExperienceLink is its lack of well-structured documentation. It is not much developer-friendly and I found difficulty in working with specific use cases related to mobile content enhancements for texts, assets and linked items. We are new to its platform so we expect dedicated documentation which can provide extensive insights into its CMS framework. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
