Being as I went from Quickbooks to Aplos, I was impressed with how easy it was to set things EXACTLY as I needed for the church funds. It didn't take long for me to learn and when I had questions customer support was very quick to respond. That being said, it was also easy for me to just google my question and there were step by step instructions right at my fingertips. I use Aplos for all my accounting, everyday. I went from using four different spreadsheets, to only using Aplos and one Spreadsheet (it isn't necessary to use the extra spreadsheet but it makes me feel better lol). The one thing I do not like about Aplos is that everything cost extra to implement. For example I do not pay for check printing, so I still have to write everything by hand, and make sure my check is 100% accurate when I put it in the system.
