Usually my queries receive a response that solves the issue in 24 hours. Taxes are very nuanaced, and they have a good platform to provide visibility on exposure and historical transactions. It allows me to track everything that I need, and they take care of the filings. The support articles are pretty thorough, and I have been able to figure out how to connect new data sources with that assistance. **What do you dislike about Anrok?** There have been some minor product glitches that have been inconvenient at times, and occasionally I have had to wait weeks for an issue to be resolved via support. **What problems is Anrok solving and how is that benefiting you?** Anrok is helping us manage our sales tax exposure, approve returns for Anrok to file, and track jurisdictions as a whole. It is nice to have help to organize all of this information because it is very time consuming to set up all of these jurisdictions and pay them at their unique cadences. ### 2. They let me know when I need to register, handle the registration entirely or walk me through the process in the various jurisdictions, and notify me when it's time to file returns. Filing and paying is as simple as a click. They supported a custom integration with our proprietary payment system and their API has worked flawlessly for hundreds of thousands of transactions over the last few years. The added support for international tax jurisdictions has been a huge help as well. **What do you dislike about Anrok?** I would love to see Anrok build out their international offering to the same level that they have their U.S. offering. While it is much simpler than managing everything yourself, the registration process with international jurisdictions has proven to be a huge pain. That isn't Anrok's fault - I'd just love to see them take away all of that pain, too! **What problems is Anrok solving and how is that benefiting you?** SaaS tax in the U.S. and internationally is a bureaucratic nightmare. As a very small team focused on product development, Anrok has been a lifesaver for us. I can't imagine the tangled mess of confusion we'd be in without a service like theirs. ### 3. With Anrok, we now have a clear view of where our sales are being made and where we need to be registered to collect tax. The Anrok support team has been very responsive to any questions/issues we have had and has guided us through implementation with patience. The user interface is intuitive and displays all the information we may need. Anrok integrates smoothly with our accounting software as well. The system also notifies us immediately if we are nearing exposure or if there are any unprocessed transactions to resolve. **What do you dislike about Anrok?** Although Anrok will notify us about international exposure, they are not currently set up to register in non-US jurisdications. **What problems is Anrok solving and how is that benefiting you?** Anrok is keeping track of our sales in different jurisdictions and alerting us of when we need to register in those states. This has saved us the time-intensive task of manually tracking sales and having to research each jurisdiction individually to maintain compliance. Also, with the rapidly evolving status of SaaS taxability, Anrok ensures that the latest regulations are being applied. Part of the delay was only because I was a bit confursed on the product mapping, but the customer support was able to quickly help resolve the issue. **What do you dislike about Anrok?** The only thing I dislike is there is no way to easily address international tax compliance. The registration and support teams are incredibly responsive, and the website functionality is intuitive and all encompassing. **What do you dislike about Anrok?** I have found no downsides to using Anrok. Great product and team.
