"Amazing UI/UX, Great Support, Easy to set up and monitor new exposure"
5/5
What do you like best about Anrok?

The UI/UX is amazing and easy to navigate and use. The integration with NetSuite was straightforward; I was able to handle most of it myself. We’ve had no issues with the Anrok sync or with the team’s performance when submitting returns. The only problems we ran into were related to getting access to some of our accounts through our HRIS. The price point for the system and for filing returns is lower than what we were paying with our old system, which was constantly breaking. We’ve also had a great experience with the support team, and our onboarding team was amazing. Overall, I have a lot of confidence in the tool and its ability to predict future exposure as well. "Anrok Makes Multi-State & International Sales Tax Compliance Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Anrok?

As the person responsible for sales tax across a growing number of states, Anrok has made my life significantly easier. New state registrations have been remarkably smooth — a process that used to be a headache is now straightforward. Handling payments and filing returns is equally painless; it just works, and I'm not chasing down deadlines or wrestling with the system to get filings out the door.

What really sets Anrok apart is the customer service. It's consistently great — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever I've had a question. That level of support makes a real difference when you're dealing with something as detail-sensitive as multi-state tax compliance.

I've used a number of other tax collection and compliance tools in the past, and Anrok is easily my favorite of the bunch. If you're looking for software that handles registrations, payments, and returns without the usual friction — and backs it with a team that actually shows up when you need them — I'd highly recommend it. "Essential, Simple State Compliance Tracking That Saves Us Time"
5/5
What do you like best about Anrok?

Essential for staying organized across all the different states. It saves us time and keeps us confident that we’re accurate and tracking state rules and timeframes correctly. We sell into all 50 states and serve both banks and tax-exempt credit unions, so tracking and filing everything manually would be a massive undertaking. The best part is the simplicity it gives us, along with the confidence that we’re staying on top of what each state requires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anrok?

When we’re getting set up in new states, I sometimes wish we could speak directly with our implementation expert for a bit of extra help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplified Sales Tax Compliance"
4/5
What do you like best about Anrok?

What I like best about Anrok is the onboarding process. The implementation was straightforward, and the Anrok team provided excellent support throughout the entire process. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and helped guide us through the setup, integrations, and configuration to ensure everything was working properly. Having a dedicated team available to answer questions and provide guidance made the transition much smoother and gave us confidence in adopting the platform. What do you dislike about Anrok?

One area where Anrok could improve is by providing more AI-powered support when reviewing potential duplicate transactions. Having an intelligent review feature that can automatically identify, flag, and provide recommendations for possible duplicates would help reduce manual review time and make transaction reconciliation more efficient. "Intuitive Tool That Makes Onboarding Super Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Anrok?

Intuitive tool that syncs easily with Shopify and super easy to onboard. It took less than half a day to set up and the implementation manager was very hands-on throughout the process.

The dashboard view is great for a holistic view of your sales tax collection and the granularity of the returns reporting is what's needed for reconciling back to your accounting system.

The customer service is great, particularly the registration team who are proactive and quick to respond to issues with setting up US sales tax in new states.

Pricing is very competitive and flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anrok?

This is not a direct criticism of Anrok, but there is a bit of manual set up of US registrations that is required which you'll be required to step through with their registrations team to provide them with the right access to manage.

You will also need to continue to monitor your incoming mail from registered states and inform the registrations team when anything needs to be actioned, so it's not completely 'hands-off'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One-Stop Solution for US Sales Tax, Needs Better Foreign Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Anrok?

I like that Anrok is a one-stop shop, allowing me to view and fix all transaction details right within the platform. If I need to register in a new state, I can do it directly through Anrok, which saves me time. The ability to review and approve all different sales tax returns on one platform is a huge time saver. I really like the map of different jurisdictions that shows where we're registered, where we've hit nexus but aren't filed, and where we're in the middle of filing. This visualization tool is a very cool feature and gives me a good understanding of our registration status at any time. Also, the overall time savings using Anrok is much greater than using other methods, and the initial setup was easy, about an eight on a scale of one to ten. The support team is also incredibly helpful and responsiveness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anrok?

The biggest thing is just the interface whenever it comes to registering and filing taxes at an international level. It's really streamlined for sales tax in the States, but things just don't flow as smoothly when it comes to foreign jurisdictions. For example, when registering with Canada, things didn't transition over the way we had anticipated, and we had to go through a re-registering process with the Canadian provinces, which we did not have to do with the U.S. states. It would be great if this could be figured out (or at least explained upfront). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Anrok Streamlines the Full Sales Tax Lifecycle with Accurate, Real-Time Compliance"
5/5
What do you like best about Anrok?

What stands out most is how Anrok handles the full sales tax lifecycle in one place rather than bolting calculation, monitoring, and filing onto separate tools. The real-time tax calculation is accurate across jurisdictions, so I'm not manually chasing rates or worrying about whether we're charging correctly as we sign customers in new states.

Nexus monitoring is the piece that saves me the most anxiety - Anrok flags when we're approaching economic nexus thresholds instead of leaving me to track transaction and revenue counts by state on my own. That turns a reactive scramble into a proactive decision.

The automated filing process is the other big win. Registrations and returns that used to eat days of coordination now run with minimal manual touch, which matters when accounting is lean and the calendar is unforgiving. It's given us real compliance visibility without adding headcount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anrok?

Nothing has been a dealbreaker, but there are a few areas with room to grow. The reporting and export options are somewhat rigid - when I need to reconcile Anrok's figures against our GL or pull data in a specific cut for the auditors, I often end up massaging exports rather than getting exactly the view I want out of the box.

Onboarding into new jurisdictions can also involve a bit of a learning curve. The nexus and registration workflows are powerful, but the first time through a new state it's not always obvious what Anrok is handling versus what still needs a manual step on our end, so it takes a cycle or two to build confidence in the process. "Effortless Tax Compliance with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Anrok?

I use Anrok for sales tax remittance and compliance. I no longer have to worry if we are calculating sales tax appropriately, which saves a lot of time. Their customer support is top-notch and always helps me resolve my issues. I trust their accuracy and expertise, and I am very confident that our tax returns are correct with Anrok doing them. Onboarding was easy, and they were with us every step of the way. I love knowing I am talking to real people and not bots. When we switched from a competitor, the transfer to Anrok was quick and efficient, which was crucial as we had a tight timeline with filing deadlines. Their team was responsive and willing to hop on calls whenever we needed. Anrok integrates with our accounting systems easily. The initial setup was very easy, and they walked me through everything, even though there were some issues with state tax portals, but those were due to the portals and not Anrok. "Reliable platform for managing sales tax across dozens of jurisdictions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Anrok?

Responsive customer service team. I had an issue with the sales tax configuration (e.g. excluding taxes from every item in our product catalog) in Stripe that required a lot of manual overriding on my part until the Anrok team stepped in to provide an efficient solution that solved it. Smooth Stripe integration, and the Anrok UI is quite easy to use. We are on the startup pricing plan which is more than fair. Overall, Anrok is something I'd recommend to others who deal with dozens of tax jurisdictions, as it does well for what we need out of a sales tax software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anrok?

The FAQ guide was a bit difficult to navigate, but I just ended up emailing the customer support team and got the answers I was looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
