**What do you like best about Ankastra - Ajinkya Technologies?**

All essential workforce management features into a single, easy-to-use platform. The face recognition attendance system makes marking attendance quick and hassle-free, especially for employees working remotely or at client locations. I also appreciate how expenses, working hours, leave management, and attendance records are all managed in one place, reducing manual work and improving overall efficiency. The user-friendly interface and remote accessibility save time, increase productivity, and make day-to-day work much more convenient.

**What do you dislike about Ankastra - Ajinkya Technologies?**

I haven't encountered any major drawbacks while using Ankastra. The platform has streamlined our attendance, expense, and leave management processes. As the product continues to evolve, adding more customization options and advanced analytics would make it even more valuable.

**Recommendations to others considering Ankastra - Ajinkya Technologies:**

I'd definitely recommend Ankastra to any organization looking to simplify employee and HR management. What I like most is that everything is available in one place—from face recognition attendance and leave management to expense tracking, working hours, and payroll.

It's especially helpful for industries where many employees may not be very comfortable with technology or have limited literacy. The app is simple enough that, after just one training session, most employees can use it confidently on their own. This makes daily operations much smoother for both employees and HR teams.

Overall, Ankastra saves time, reduces paperwork, improves accuracy, and makes managing a workforce much easier, whether employees are working in the office, in the field, or at industrial sites.

**What problems is Ankastra - Ajinkya Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Ankastra, employees had to visit the office to mark attendance using a fingerprint device, even when they were working at client sites or on field assignments. This made attendance tracking time-consuming, as employees often had to travel to the office just to record their attendance before returning to work.

Ankastra solved this by introducing face recognition-based attendance, allowing employees to mark attendance securely from their work location. It is faster, more reliable than fingerprint authentication, and avoids common issues such as failed scans due to wet or dirty fingers, especially during the monsoon season.

Beyond attendance, Ankastra centralizes expense management, working hours, leave requests, and payroll into a single platform. This has reduced unnecessary travel, improved time management, increased productivity, and made workforce management much more efficient for both office-based and field employees.
