Compared with other video editors, it gives you word-by-word customisation for styling. I loved the presets and how easy it is to edit my transcription when needed, or to create a branded preset theme for the subtitles on my social media videos that I post on TikTok. What I wasn’t happy with was CapCut’s and Submagic’s pricing and their credit systems; AnimateCaptions’ pricing, which is based on video uploads rather than minutes, actually works much better for me. Also rendering was super fast and never failed for me so far. **What do you dislike about AnimateCaptions?** My main complaint is that there isn't an option to use a second font family for my captions. **What problems is AnimateCaptions solving and how is that benefiting you?** I post on TikTok and Instagram daily as a creator, and full video editors are often too slow to produce a project and burn subtitles into the files. When I batch-create and post videos, I wanted a tool that simply adds animated captions without opening a heavy editor on my laptop.
