**What do you like best about Andgo?**

he system is automated to offer out shifts and document call-offs automatically.

**What do you dislike about Andgo?**

It would be great if the call-in system had more branching options, allowing for more accurate coding in UKG.

It would be beneficial if employees were unable to view shifts beyond the posted timeframe.

It would be helpful if the system could re-notify staff about an open shift three days prior to its start date.

**What problems is Andgo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notifying staff of open shifts and automatically booking employees would improve efficiency and reduce manual scheduling tasks.

**What do you like best about Andgo?**

The system is efficient ,and fair as it able to blast out multiple needs in a quick and fair way. This has allowed our office to ensure our clinical needs are met quickly , by ensuring we are able to provide the staffing resources efficiently.  I also appreciate the support I receive from  Andgo when there is an issue. The support is always quick and thoughtful. Staff also find the Andgo software very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Andgo?**

I don't like that it doesn't allow for a cascading process around the confirmation of shifts. I would also like to see the shifts coming in organized by department.

**What problems is Andgo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Andgo is helping us to solve or inefficiencies around securing our inpatient clinical staff during moments of shortages.

**What do you like best about Andgo?**

Andgo has been an incredible addition to our workflow. It eliminates much of the human element in filling shifts, enabling us to be more proactive with staffing. Andgo allows our end users to plan their work around their lives, rather than having to shape their lives around their work.

**What do you dislike about Andgo?**

I honestly don't have any dislikes when it comes to Andgo. Andgo has helped our organization streamline our centralized staffing making it easier to fill shifts and manage sick calls.

**What problems is Andgo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Andgo is saving us time and allowing us to utilize our resources else where instead of spending hours reaching out to staff to work and taking sick calls.

**What do you like best about Andgo?**

What I like best about Andgo is the efficiency it has created in our call-out management and shift-fill workflows. We no longer need to manually update sick calls in the scheduling system or spend hours calling staff to see if they would like to pick up shifts. Another incredible benefit is the data we can now obtain related to call-outs and shift fills, allowing for better decision-making and workforce planning. Additionally, the Andgo team has been great to work with—they are excellent partners.

**What do you dislike about Andgo?**

The least helpful aspect has been the support related to IT support tickets. Our team often needs to remind them of our process, which can sometimes slow down resolutions.

**What problems is Andgo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency it has created in our call-out management and shift-fill workflows.

Interface with UKG Pro, Functionality & easy for employees to use.  The Andgo team provides great support when needed.

The amount of time it takes to go from insight to production

**What do you like best about Andgo?**

Our organization is able to quickly fill open shifts via SMS, IVR and online and they are very innovative in coming up with even better solutions in this ever changing world.

**What do you dislike about Andgo?**

There really isn't anything I dislike.  If our organization has concerns, they are open and willing to come up with solutions to help.

**What problems is Andgo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved many organizational challenges over the years including:
1.  Offering shifts via SMS, IVR and online rather than manually calling.
2. Greatly reducing the size of our scheduling department.
3.  We know weeks/months sooner what shifts are going to be hard to fill.
4.  We have streamlined processes due to automation achieved through Andgo.
5.  Same day shifts  are filled within minutes  rather than hours.
6.  Schedulers have more time to work with Managers to solve scheduling problems.
7.  Annual vacation process is all online where Managers can approve in seniority order with considerations for several leave criteria such as baselines and a vacation levelling formula.

**What do you like best about Andgo?**

Andgo is very focused on their customer.  They will do everything they can to ensure the customer is satisfied, at the same time being very cognizant of what is achievable within budget and timelines.

**What do you dislike about Andgo?**

My experience working with Andgo has been nothing but positive.

**What problems is Andgo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Andgo helped our department send notifications to staff of upcoming vacant shifts.   This technology has helped communicate the necessary information to employees letting them know about potential opportunities for them to pick up extra shifts.  Benefits have included utilizing our skilled workforce for more value added activities than manually calling employees for upcoming shifts.

Andgo provided an innovative solution using automated shift notifications to schedule over 10k staff located in over 100 communities across the province of Saskatchewan.

**What do you dislike about Andgo?**

We have had a positive experience with Andgo; they have been fast to respond to our needs.

**What problems is Andgo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a diverse workforce with complex union rules as it relates to scheduling.We were looking for ways to notify staff instantly of available shifts in a matter of minutes.

Great team, great support, innovative products

**What do you dislike about Andgo?**

I didn't dislike anything. There were broader systemic issues that did not enable the ability to utilize the innovative products to the fullest capabilities.

**What problems is Andgo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Health care workforce scheduling. Their product has enabled incredible efficiencies and cost savings as a result.
