**What do you like best about AmpUp AI?**

As a small early-stage team, we needed something that could plug directly into the way we already work without adding overhead. AmpUp did that really well. It started learning from our existing sales calls immediately and gave useful coaching and prep from week one.

What stood out most was how quickly it shortened the feedback loop. Atlas helped our reps walk into conversations sharper, while Sales Brain gave us visibility into what messaging was resonating and what needed refinement. For a startup moving fast, that ability to iterate quickly is incredibly valuable.

**What do you dislike about AmpUp AI?**

As an early-stage team, we’re still evolving our GTM motion pretty quickly, so there were moments where we wanted a bit more flexibility and customization around how insights were organized and surfaced for our specific workflows. Some features also become much more powerful as more call volume and historical context build up over time.

That said, the team moved fast, was highly responsive to feedback, and the product delivered value for us much earlier than most tools typically do at this stage.

**What problems is AmpUp AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AmpUp AI is helping us shorten the learning curve as we build and refine our GTM motion. As an early-stage startup, we’re constantly testing messaging, refining positioning, and improving how we run customer conversations. The platform gives us fast feedback on what is resonating, where deals are slowing down, and how reps can improve from one call to the next.

The biggest benefit for us has been speed. Instead of waiting months to identify patterns and refine our approach, we’re able to learn and iterate in days while staying focused on execution.

**What do you like best about AmpUp AI?**

We're expanding into markets where the conversations are different every week. Standard training cycles don't keep up with that pace. What worked with AmpUp was how fast it got useful. No long implementation, no content library to build. It pulled from our existing calls and started generating relevant prep and coaching almost immediately. Atlas before calls, Sales Brain after. The team was improving in real time instead of waiting for the next offsite. For a commercial team moving as fast as ours, that matters.

**What do you dislike about AmpUp AI?**

Initially we didn’t like the Voice Agents because they were a bit vanilla and not customized for our business. Once we were able to ground the agents in our data, the experience became significantly better. The tool is self serve so we were able to build agents on our own.

**What problems is AmpUp AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping improve our sales close rates by up leveling our sales skills.

**What do you like best about AmpUp AI?**

I find it really valuable that AmpUp AI closes the loop by listening to customer conversations and identifying where the messaging lands versus where it gets muddled, helping with coaching reps and refining talk tracks. It helps fill in gaps, allowing effective communication about complex RDS features. The feature extraction compared with Vanilla MySQL and aspects like storage scaling and fast upgrades are helpful. As an SDM from the Aurora team, it makes it easier for me to explain to customers. The initial setup was very easy.

AmpUp AI helps close the gap in conveying RDS features to customers. It identifies where messaging gets muddled in conversations, aids in coaching reps, and refines talk tracks. It provides signals from real conversations rather than relying on guesses.
