What do you like best about Amber Engine?

Amber Engine (AE) changed our operational processes immediately, making them more efficient. Being a small team, AE has given us the ability to optimize data quickly and get our products to market quicker than ever before. All teams within our organization are able to use AE to assist them in their role whether it is customer service, sales, operations, marketing, and more. What do you dislike about Amber Engine?

There really isn't anything we have "disliked" about AE. It's user-friendly and easy to learn; and if any assistance is needed or if anything were to arise, the AE team is QUICK to assist, provide additional guidance/training, and ensure that your experience is smooth. What problems is Amber Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?

AE is solving multiple problems for us.

It provides a singular and organized place for ALL product data to be held.

It makes internal product onboarding quick and easy.

It gives us the ability to onboard new products with current customers or new customers quickly and pain-free!

What do you like best about Amber Engine?

Amber Engine is more than a product, it's a partnership. Every interaction with their team shows us how invested they are in our company's success. They actively share their technology roadmap and have met every milestone since we started working with them. What do you dislike about Amber Engine?

I do not dislike anything about the Amber platform. I would say that their early 2023 enhancements will take it to a new level enabling us to complete the organization of our data in Amber and more seamlessly deliver our digital content to our partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Amber Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Amber, we did not have a central hub for our product data, especially for organizing and distributing our photo / video assets. Many of our partners require Jofran to submit data in their formats resulting in tremendous manual efforts in excel, photoshop, drop boxes, and portals. Amber is helping us map all our data to our partners' formats so that data download to their required format is a few clicks. We can now deliver our digital content to our partners quickly and more accurately, getting our listings live much faster and giving us back all those valuable staff resources.
