We’ve been working together for some time now, and I think we’ve grown accustomed to each other’s working styles and rhythms, which helps us collaborate quite smoothly. If anything, the only area for improvement would be ensuring that initial scopes and timelines are clearly locked in at the outset - just to avoid any misalignment later on.
