In the busy office life we pay third party to be our communication link but that is not OK right. We need our own communication system but not pricey.

Alterdesk is competing against big big apps like Skype it has to have enough security and adaptability .
Again using this can be hectic when you are less number of people use it .Like Skype and Web ex it is not that popular so while dealing with other companies and if they are not using Alterdesk then you have to have Skype or Web ex .
