What do you like best about AllVoices?

I love the comprehensive tracking feature of AllVoices, which adeptly manages all our case management and employee relations cases. It not only helps in maintaining a systematic record but also provides confirmation about the next steps to be taken, ensuring that our processes stay on track. I also enjoy the functionality that aids in cleaning up our submitted corrective actions or templates, ensuring they are concise, contain all the necessary information, and are ready to be presented to our leadership. This feature supports us in delivering polished and well-organized documents. Furthermore, I appreciate that the AI function aligns with our policies embedded within the platform, which assists in rendering precise recommendations, thereby refining any drafted emails or corrective action plans. What do you like best about AllVoices?

I have been using AllVoices for about ten months, soon to be eleven, and it has been a wonderful experience. I love it as it is a great tool that has definitely made our lives much easier. AllVoices has been user-friendly from the very start, and I did not encounter any major difficulties during setup. The 'Vera' feature stands out particularly because it is extremely helpful in drafting emails and ensuring we address all necessary points, which significantly aids our employee relations. The memo feature, which drafts memos about issues, has also been very useful. The support team is fantastic—they cater to our needs, ensure the process goes smoothly, and promptly address any questions or concerns we have, which I think is wonderful. Overall, I believe AllVoices is a great tool, especially for anyone dealing with human resources, and it consistently delivers what we need efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AllVoices?

There was a minor issue initially with looking up the cases, as the software was not reading the names correctly. This problem did require attention from a representative to resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
