What I like most about All Gravy is how it brings communication, learning, and development together in one place in a way that genuinely works for hospitality teams. It feels intuitive and engaging for our team members, rather than just another HR system they’re expected to use.
Since launch, we’ve seen really strong adoption. Being able to combine training, company updates, feedback, reviews, and development in one platform has helped us create a far more connected employee experience. I also really value the flexibility of the platform and how we’ve been able to shape it around our own culture and ways of working.

There isn’t much I dislike. As with any growing platform, there are still areas where some of the functionality could be more flexible and intuitive, particularly around reporting, permissions and some of the more complex learning and review workflows.
That said, what makes a real difference is how responsive the All Gravy team are to feedback. We’ve been able to raise challenges and ideas openly, and they genuinely listen, problem solve with us and continue to develop the product.
