**Describe the project or task AlignHR helped with:**

We utilize AlignHR for setting and measuring Key Performance indicators every year. It has been a very manageable and easy reporting resource.

**What do you like best about AlignHR?**

The reporting is excellent, exportable, and is easy to utilize in accountability check-ins.

**What do you dislike about AlignHR?**

The software is somewhat complicated and can be difficult to train new employees on. Align support is always helpful and willing to assist if need be.

**What problems is AlignHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a tool to measure indicators of successful job completion and goal management, we have realized significant improvement in employee performance.
