What do you like best about AlertMedia?

The AlertMedia interface is easy for all our team members to use, regardless of experience with it. The ability to send out messages on various platforms makes it stellar too! And probably one of my favorite features is the ability to save templates to just simply click and send, in urgent situations. And the fact that receivers can reply is a bonus that saves tremendous follow up time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AlertMedia?

I have not had any unpleasant experiences with AlertMedia . . . other than being away from my PC and can't use it!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AlertMedia?

threat intel, travel integration, HR integration, subcategories to threat monitoring, interactive map, automated alerts through subscriptions, intel on threats from true sources, templates with form fields, library of resources and support, one mobile app for users and admins (not separate for admins), Team integration, ability to attach documents, ability to import people easily at people level and at notification level, ability to preview and schedule notifications, AI companion that can help translate a notification Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AlertMedia?

Subscriptions are tricky to narrow down for a global company - employees don't want alerts irrelevant to them so it requires a subscription by area - this would be fine if you could customize one subscription to determine severity level by threat category, but you can't. This requires several subscriptions per area which can be excessive across 80+ areas and global employees. It would be great to create templates or layouts for subscription emails that go out as well so it has a consistent theme.

Event pages are more of a chat feed than a landing page which is what we were originally needing. We have over 5000+ events per year across 400 venues and it would be great to have a crisis plan per venue as a landing page employees could refer to if traveling to that event.

Text to subscribe options are great but an employee that texts STOP not only takes them out of that group, but out of any text alerts altogether.

Survey reply options are only digits, not words or other phrases and if a period after number then comes in as a chat. In big alerts this could mean managing several hundred independent chat messages.
