**What do you like best about Paramantra?**

I use Paramantra as a CRM solution that is both reliable and well-supported, significantly assisting my business in managing its customer relationships. The platform's speed and intuitiveness make it an integral part of my daily operations, simplifying tasks with its comprehensive features. Its automation tools save us considerable time by reducing manual labor, allowing me to focus more on strategic activities. The customer support is outstanding, quick to respond, and extremely helpful, even going as far as walking me through processes when necessary. Paramantra excels in streamlining workflow and improving productivity. I find it simple to use and customizable, backed by great support. Scheduling follow-ups and managing documentation are straightforward due to the user-friendly interface. In short, Paramantra's efficiency, combined with its excellent support team, enhances my ability to manage clients effectively, reducing the burden of administrative tasks. The initial setup was exceptionally smooth and user-friendly despite my lack of technical expertise, thanks to a clear onboarding process and supportive team.

**What do you dislike about Paramantra?**

I find the lack of a built-in option for clinical note templates in Paramantra to be a drawback, as it could help in saving more time and increase efficiency. The mobile experience, though generally alright, could use improvement to ensure smoother operation without lag. This would enhance usability significantly. Additionally, a secure document sharing feature would be highly beneficial in adding to the platform's functionality, making processes more seamless and maintaining confidentiality.

**What problems is Paramantra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Paramantra to simplify daily operations with its fast, intuitive CRM features, saving hours through automation. It enhances productivity by organizing tasks smoothly, allowing more focus on clients while reducing administrative burdens.
