**What do you like best about Albacross?**

What I like best about Albacross is that it helps turn website activity into something commercially useful. A lot of B2B teams already have dashboards, reports, and more signals than they know what to do with. The real challenge is figuring out which accounts are actually worth attention, when a signal is strong enough to matter, and how to make that visible in the tools sales and marketing already use. That is where Albacross has been most helpful in my role.

As the system owner at Epidemic Sound, I value that it is not just another layer of data. It helps us identify the accounts showing relevant intent, prioritize where to focus, and retarget high value prospects with much less guesswork. That has made it useful both for marketing and for sales. Marketing gets a clearer view of which accounts are engaging in meaningful ways, and sales gets a faster route to the leads and companies that are most likely worth acting on. That alignment piece matters a lot. A signal only becomes valuable when both teams can see it and agree on what to do next.

It has also been a low maintenance platform to manage, which matters more than people sometimes admit. Tools lose value quickly when they demand too much operational effort to keep them running well. Albacross has been relatively easy to work with day to day, while still giving us actionable insight.

The other part worth calling out is the team behind it. They have been proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. In my experience, they have felt like true partners rather than a vendor sitting at arm’s length. That combination of useful intent data, practical activation, sales and marketing alignment, and strong customer support is what has made Albacross valuable in my role.

**What do you dislike about Albacross?**

What I like least about Albacross is not the core value of the platform, but a few gaps around reporting, permissions, and workflow flexibility.

On the reporting side, I would like to see more visibility into Albacross user stats and usage patterns. As a system owner, that kind of reporting matters because it helps you understand adoption, spot where the platform is creating value internally, and identify where teams may need more support or enablement. Right now, that part feels a bit limited.

I also think there is room to improve permission levels. In practice, it would be very helpful to give different users different access rights depending on their role. Not everyone needs the same level of visibility or control, and more flexibility here would make governance easier, especially in larger or more cross-functional teams.

The other limitation I would point to is around external signals. Today, those signals are available for LinkedIn connection, which is useful, but I would like to see them activated across more workflows as well. There is an opportunity to make those signals more broadly actionable beyond that one use case.

None of these are dealbreakers for me, but they are areas where I still see room for the platform to mature.

Albacross helps solve a very practical business problem for us: knowing which accounts and leads deserve attention now, not just which ones exist in the database.

In B2B, lead management often breaks down because teams have plenty of data but not enough clarity. You can have form fills, campaign responses, CRM records, and web traffic, but still struggle to see who is actually showing buying interest and where sales should focus first. That creates noise, slows follow-up, and makes it harder for marketing and sales to stay aligned around the right opportunities.

For us, Albacross helps close that gap. It turns website engagement and intent signals into something more actionable, so we can better identify which accounts are active, prioritize leads more confidently, and route attention toward the prospects most likely to matter. That improves the handoff between marketing and sales because both teams can work from a stronger view of who is engaging and when.

It also helps us use retargeting more intelligently by focusing on higher value prospects rather than treating all traffic the same. So the value is not just visibility. It is better prioritization, faster action, and a more focused lead management process overall. In that sense, Albacross helps us spend less time guessing and more time acting on the right signals.

**What do you like best about Albacross?**

The platform is relatively easy to implement, and the data is straightforward to activate across paid media and CRM/marketing automation systems. It integrates well into a broader ecosystem rather than trying to replace it, which we see as a strength. The automated audience syncing for LinkedIn is an awesome feature!

There isn’t anything that immediately comes to mind. The interface design could use an upgrade, as it currently feels a bit too simplistic.

Its biggest strength is the ability to identify anonymous website visitors and translate that traffic into actionable, company-level insights. That lets us move past traditional lead-based tracking and focus instead on in-market accounts that are showing real buying signals. For our clients with longer sales cycles or in low form-fill environments, this has been especially impactful.

**What do you like best about Albacross?**

I’ve now implemented Albacross at three different companies, and it has consistently delivered strong results, especially in B2B environments.

What I like most is how easy it is for non‑marketing stakeholders to understand. Upper management who know very little about marketing can instantly see which accounts we’re reaching, how much we’re reaching them, and where the budget is going. It turns abstract marketing spend into something concrete and even fun for them to follow.

From a marketer’s perspective, Albacross is a great solution for long‑term brand building and account penetration. It’s a much better fit for B2B than generic display ads, and the possibility to run very targeted, 1:1 communication to larger key accounts is extremely valuable. On top of that, the staff are very supportive and responsive, and the platform has felt solid from a compliance perspective, which is critical in our space.

I was originally introduced to Albacross by upper management at Google in Sweden, and I’ve kept coming back to it because it simply works in a B2B context.

Instead of chasing generic display clicks, we can focus on reaching the specific companies and key accounts we care about. This improves the quality of our reach and supports a more strategic, account‑based approach.

I like that Albacross allows me to pinpoint organizations and access contact information, which really helps with identifying prospects and reaching key decision-makers. I also appreciate the intent data it provides, which is useful for prospecting. The initial setup was quite easy thanks to the support from the team, who were always available to answer questions quickly.

**What do you dislike about Albacross?**

We work in monday.com. It would be nice to integrate Monday with Albacross to have all the data moved into Monday for each prospect. This would decrease the lead time from getting the information and adding it back to Monday.

I use Albacross to find potential buyers and get contact information for key persons in an organization. It helps our sales team directly reach decision-makers and pinpoint organizations with ease, using intent data to add value.

The platform is very user friendly. The data it retrieves is very interesting, it helps with identifying prospects and reaching key decision-makers. I also appreciate the intent data it provides, which is useful for prospecting. The available connections with Teams and LinkedIn are great add-ons. The initial setup was quite easy thanks to the support from the team, who were always available to answer questions quickly.

UI/UX wise it is quite well created. The integrations do work quite well, especially with the connection to LI and the way it is scouting for the right contact persons. Performance wise I have encountered 1 issue, but after some time the development team knew how to solve it. Pricing wise it is not that expensive, whereas you will receive quite some support from customer success management in case of issues/questions. 

Overall, I'm quite happy with the decision to start working  with this solution.

Not a huge company, which can lead to some waiting time for new proposed developments/issues.

Setup was quick — just dropped the tracking script in and started seeing company-level visitor data within a day. The fact that it actually works for European traffic (where most other tools struggle with GDPR) is the main reason we kept it.

**What do you dislike about Albacross?**

The match rate for smaller companies and solo visitors is limited — you mostly get identification for mid-size and larger orgs, which makes sense technically but means a chunk of traffic stays anonymous. Would also love deeper CRM integrations out of the box.

**What problems is Albacross solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem is that most B2B website traffic is anonymous — you see visitor numbers in GA but have no idea which companies are actually evaluating you. Albacross turns that into a list of identified companies, so sales can prioritize outreach based on real intent signals instead of guessing from cold lists. For us it shortened the gap between "someone visited the pricing page" and "let's reach out to them.

Albacross is a great tool when it comes to detect who is actually on your website.

The ability to plug albacross directly to the CRM or to wehbook let you orchestrate it as you wish.

The thing I like particularly

• You can plug directly to linkedin ads audience to nurture further specific accounts (often the ones that are looking your blog pages)
• You now have intent data, so you can identify accounts that are considering a solution like yours - So you can get accounts tha are not even already on your website - Again you can run ads to them
• The ability to track sources (search, email, or any campaigns with UTM)
• Ease of use & implementation & integrations
• ability to create segment (exclude people login to your tool to not have customers among the companies that are identified)

+ great customer service

I don't have any bad review on it. You always want more coverage but it's just a wish because website visitor is a strong signal

- Captain obvious: Know which company that fit my ICP are currently on my website, to either alert the sales reps that is assigned or creating this account in the crm

**What do you like best about Albacross?**

What I like most about Albacross is the discovery of leads (we have a huge amount of website traffic for a fintech provider that we didn't know how to use until this app), the conversion of anonymous leads into our customers, the ability to rescue leads that leave no trace (contact) anywhere, the integration with our CRM, the easy export of prospect lists. Last but not least, all these great features are delivered with outstanding support from Account Manager and Customer Success Manager.

**What do you dislike about Albacross?**

So far I have no comments. It seems that due to the continued increase in traffic to our site, the contracted package of contacts and companies is not enough, but this is not the fault of the app, but the result of our growth :)

For startups, every visitor counts, and understanding whether your marketing initiatives are attracting the right audience is critical. Albacross provides insight into website visitors who haven't yet converted but show potential. This allows startups to analyze whether their traffic matches their ideal customer profile and fine-tune their marketing efforts accordingly.

Although Albacross provides a free trial, they do not offer a plan specifically designed for startups with limited budgets, which would be highly beneficial.

currently, downloadable csv reports provide more insights that the app interface itself. it would be great if the interface was customisable and user could choose which columns are displayed.

albacross offers a new way to evaluate the investement in paid advertising. not every lead will take a desired action right away - this is way you need Albacross.

Easy to integrate with our CRM system and with LinkedIn - really makes it very user friendly. The Albacross team is also very responsive and supportive with any questions or requests.

So far only positive experience. Some bugs along the way when integrating with the CRM system or workflows pausing, but the Albacross team is always quick to support and fix these situations.

**What do you like best about Albacross?**

Albacross is a fantastic platform that lets you target companies and individuals rather than large audiences. But what sets them apart is their customer success team that spent a lot of time with us, analyzing our business and coming up with new marketing and sales strategies. They are experts and hands-on, which makes all the difference. Albacross is an enterprise tool, and you need this level of support to make the most of the investment. I know that other companies in this field are just there to answer your questions rather than being proactive.

To make the most out of Albacross (or any other platform like this), sales and marketing need to be aligned and ready to act on the insights you get. The tool won't do the job for you.

Helpful support, great integrations, good price, and makes it easy to sort and filter results. Integreates seamlessly with HubSpot and Slack which makes it easy for us to use in our existing way-of-working.

No third-party intent data and the "personal" contact details are a very broad vague estimate of who could have visited your website. Not a big minus tho - in general happy with the tool.

The tool is designed extremely intuitively and the user interface is simple and straightforward. The design of the tool allows a quick and easy implementation. Albacross offers many opportunities to generate leads using different landing pages - the settings and filter options are extremely helpful. There's also a lot of room for customising which kind of companies or contacts you want to identify or push as Leads to your CRM system. 
The outstanding support from Albacross is one of the biggest plus points as well!

Albacross can be connected to various other systems via the workflows. However, there is not a direct connection for all CRM systems, which is why Zapier, for example, must be used as an interface. An expansion of the connections would be desirable.

On the one hand, the tool helps in the area of web analytics. The website traffic can be easily tracked by the tool. In addition, Albacross identifies website visitors and generates new leads for the company. Not only companies but also contacts can be identified and enriched by Albacross. I like the ability for Sales and Marketing to collaborate in the same tool and the flexibility in segment creation for campaigns. When in need of making any changes or ask any questions we always receive a super quick answer from Albacross, especially Oleksii Kosenko (Customer Success Team Lead) have been very helpful for both Marketing and Sales.

It would be cool to extend the  ABM capabilities further and target specific departments within a company. We also stuggle a bit with filtering out our current customers for targeting but with the Salesforce Integration I belive this will be much easier.

We have more control over our retargeting campaigns than with Google Display ads. We know where our ads are shown and to what companines and can systematic run tests each month to see what works the best.

Quality of data is superb. We've tried other visitor unveiling tools but Albacross stood out with the quality and quantity of companies/visitors unveiled. Also, their customer success team (namely Oleksii) was super helpful with onboarding as well as further guidance.

Nothing so far. If you have many visitors, the pricing can go steep but at the end of the day it might pay back. This tool is very dependant on the volume/skill of your sales team.

The data insights of who has visited your website. I have given my sales team access and they are really learning a lot and also utilising it for insights. We have some insights already in our Hubspot instance and Albacross really adds additional value.

The sorting of segments and filtering could benefit with being more agile. Currently you can't filter on name or size. The company insights also needs a little sorting so that it's easier to pull out more information at once.

We have loved uncovering visitors from our website and filling a funnel gap with this tool as well as automating prospect data to our CRM. With outstanding support, we have easily been able to connect our CRM (Salesforce) and send leads and target accounts to our sales teams to follow up. Onboarding and beyond has been faultless. They truly took time to uncover our needs and have even been able to pivot to make some development changes to ensure they covered what we wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Some of the mapping to Salesforce doesn't quite go far enough yet, but I have a feeling they will fill those gaps soon. Be great to have an integration to our Marketing Automation (Pardot) so we have a few more options prior to sales assignment.

**What do you like best about Albacross?**

The onboarding process was really smooth and there was a clear roadmap as to getting everything set up to generate insights as soon as possible. The platform is really intuitive and easy to use and the meetings with our customer success manager Oleksii were helpful to answer any questions and get insights into best practices. The materials he shared were very interesting and helped us in optimizing our setup. The insights Albacross generates are great as it gives you utm-parameters, campaign and source information, details on page visits and the number of different users - this allows for personalization in outreach.
We're still in the onboarding and proof of concept period, but I feel we are on the right track and that Albacross will be fundamental in changing our outbound and prospecting efforts.

**What do you dislike about Albacross?**

There might be some bot traffic skewing the results due to shared IP addresses. 
Some of the metrics are not as straightforward and it is not as clear how some of the KPIs are calculated (for example Activity Bar/Scoring). 
I cannot judge the lead quality and impact of Albacross yet.

**What problems is Albacross solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving lead quality and getting access to high-intent leads. This improves outbound efforts, can help with ABM campaigns and offers many more opportunities for future campaigns. 
This also gives insights if we're attracting the right companies with ICP fit with our website content.

Handy and insightful tool. Great help in better understanding website traffic and very useful in furthering marketing efforts such as audience building and content creation. Furthermore Albacross team is very customer-oriented and always responsive and accomodating.

As a whole, there is nothing to dislike in the tool. We started using the "Campaigns" function, and there it might be helpful for the user to have a bit more autonomy, like setting up the campaigns or doing optimizations. However, thus far, the team has been very accommodating in setting our campaigns for us and suggesting improvements.

Run a benchmark using the pixels of all of the solutions you are considering. You can compare each solution's results side by side to see which has the best reverse IP lookup data. When we ran the comparison, Albacross outperformed the others.

If you are investing in SEO and PPC to drive visitors to your website, it allows you to see if the messaging attracts the right ICP. The UTM tags provide the source, campaign, and channel but with Albacross you can map it to the specific account.
