**What do you like best about Aislelabs?**

Aislelabs seamlessly supports our team's e-mail marketing strategy. We are able to capture guest data more efficiently, grow our customer database and target audiences with high-performing campaigns that drive engagement, sales and revenue. Equally impressive is that we capture on-site foot traffic data during critical mass events to help us leverage decision making and value proposition to external partners. Aislelabs give us marketing tools and the operational insights we need to grow our business strategically. It's become an essential tool to how we operate and promote our business.

**What do you dislike about Aislelabs?**

Aislelabs is user-friendly. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes managing our email marketing campaigns simple, even for team members who aren’t particularly tech-savvy. The technology behind it is incredibly smart. It goes beyond a typical email marketing database by giving us meaningful insights into our audience and their behavior. That allows us to create more personalized, effective campaigns that actually resonate. It feels like an advanced and thoughtful solution compared to other email marketing tools we’ve used, and it’s made a noticeable difference in how we connect with our guests.

We would like to see more refined AI and automation for reporting and data analysis.

Aislelabs allows us to market and grow revenue through direct marketing to our own database of customers who are a highly engaged, warm target audience.

**What do you like best about Aislelabs?**

Aislelabs gave OAK an entirely new level of data on how our Oklahoma City Thunder Watch Parties drove measurable increases in sales and traffic across the project. The real-time insights into visitor lift, dwell times, and guest movement allowed OAK to clearly quantify attendance and understand where guests spent time across the property both before and after the events.
 
These insights allowed OAK to directly connect traffic patterns to tenant sales and overall property performance, giving us clear, data-backed proof of the impact these events generated. It has become an essential tool in how we plan, measure success, and understand guest behavior.

**What do you dislike about Aislelabs?**

I enjoyed all the aspects of the Aislelabs platform. Nothing to dislike.

The platform identifies patron footfall and where guests are shopping.

I like that Aislelabs provides powerful location analytics and marketing tools that help convert visitor behaviour into actionable insights, especially through WiFi and real-time engagement.

**What do you dislike about Aislelabs?**

The product is seen by some users as having few new marketing‑feature updates—things like more flexible/custom dashboards (eg drag‑and‑drop dashboards) are often requested.

Aislelabs helps track and analyze visitor behavior in physical spaces, enabling smarter marketing, better space utilization, and real-time customer engagement through WiFi and location analytics.

**What do you like best about Aislelabs?**

Aislelabs Flow provides great insights in terms of Footfall, Dwell time, etc. The company works constantly to enhance its product offering and one such example is their latest occupancy solutions which are a must for every Mall/Venue. It uses your existing Wi-Fi infra to provide insights for Business, Operational and Marketing teams. The team at Aislelabs is very responsive and supportive and constantly works to enable their clients to get the maximum return on their investment.

**What do you dislike about Aislelabs?**

Nothing as such, there are a lot of reports that could be used for actionable insights, however, it would be great add on, if they can add a 'drag and drop' dashboard builder for each user based on their preference on top of their existing reports

**What problems is Aislelabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aislelabs Flow with its offerings enables us to get an accurate location intelligence for our visitors. We are able to get insights on Trends, Patterns, Seasonality, Dwell times and Behavior of our visitors to mention a few. This enables us to tailor our services, promotions and offerings for our guests/visitors

The level of service provided; quick replies to request and inquiries.  Quick solutions to technical difficulties.  And always willing to walk us through the portal, over phone or online.

Can't say much here other than something minor; the ability to clean up archived splash pages

Analytical Reports and the team who is very supportive. Aislelabs provide a complete view of your CRM and helps to formulate marketing campaign.

It will be great if the system can have drag and drop report creator tool.

Team is supper supportive and ready to enhance the product as per client needs. Thus i would say there is no problems just enhancements which team accept and work on.

**What do you like best about Aislelabs?**

Aislelabs works great for us! Once the guest connects we retrieve their info in this platform that has insights and settings. The Splash Page that the user gets once they are connected to the internet can be edited easily. We usually put up Opentable, Trip Advisor & Google Reviews so we can gran feedback quickly or if theres an event or a gift card promotion, we upload the site too. This platform has a remarketing area where you can set up a custom mailing template (drag & drop style)  and send it through here. But if you have your own email marketing you can download your Aislelabs user database into a spreadsheet and use it elsewhere.

**What do you dislike about Aislelabs?**

We haven't seen any flaws for now. Maybe the setup can be a little difficult for a computer newbie but the representative will explain very well and will get the hang of it now that the platform is clean and well organized.

**Recommendations to others considering Aislelabs:**

It’s a very useful tool if you want to get to know your demographics of the walk-ins into the venue.

**What problems is Aislelabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a culinary group with four restaurants, we know our social media audience but wanted to learn more about our walk-ins, especially in one of the high traffic restaurants. I had voice meeting with one of the Aislelabs representatives and gave me a walkthrough of the user-friendly platform, step by step without leaving any doubts. The guest can login into the wifi through various ways (fb, Google and email). In the platform, the login insights are very clear to understand with graphics. We have recollected a lot of emails with successful remarketing!!!

The customer service is superb.

No complaints about the company or product. Flow data is business intelligence, so there is a responsibility on the user to ask good questions and attribute meaning to the information.

As we correlate the data to other information sources, we can find differences, which can then lead us to realign and better understand what we are measuring.

The customer service provided by aislelabs has to be the best experience. Any time I have any questions, I receive a direct answer or a phone call within that day pretty much.

Would love to see some how to and training videos on different ways to use the program.

Connecting with our customers ad getting the message out with new promotions. Customers are more aware of what is going on regularly at each restaurant.

Aislelabs Connect was easy to integrate with our network hardware and configure for use, and we continue to receive excellent customer service from the Aislelabs team.

**What do you dislike about Aislelabs?**

We did not find any major downsides to the platform.

We are able to provide a captive portal that aggregates data into a CRM for our client, and create a seamless experience for guests at a large event.

Impressive insights on retails store's traffic patterns. 
Shoppers Dwell times and Customer loyalty features are a favorite. 
Simple to use dashboard.
Email and Facebook campaign management feature to retarget visitors.
Friendly support.

Trial version for 30 days would be great! 

Bilingual(English and French) support representative would be helpful to our team
