We've been on the digital signature train for years, and SignNow has been indispensable for everything from contracts to forms to health records and the like. Easy to use. I think my favorite thing is my older, tech phobic clients manage to use it without even calling me. It is also better priced than Docusign, which I had before. Also customer support is excellent, I had an issue and it got solved in less than 7 minutes! It integrates well with Gmail as well. Many thanks for such a detailed feedback from clearly an experienced user! This is really helpful for us. Regarding the dislike part though. Actually, we have two PDF editors in the family (same vendor, different product names). Those are called pdfFiller (as in pdffiller.com) and DocHub (as in dochub.com). pdfFiller has a 30-day free trial period you can test, while DocHub has a free plan you can play with for starters (though for a real estate professional it might be a bit limited, sorry).
