**What do you like best about Airgentic?**

Airgentic helps visitors to our website easily find information related to our Council. It’s user-friendly, even for people who are new to AI.

You can follow the basic coding instructions provided by Airgentic to create coded answers, or simply add a link to build responses to questions you want curated in a particular way. With a bit of Googling and some extra time spent learning, you can gradually create more complex coded answers as you go.

The backend also lets you see what areas people are searching for on the website. This not only helps you understand what is or isn’t working on your site, but can also act as a gauge of what the local community commonly needs, prioritises, or where issues may be. It’s often a good predictor of the phone calls we’ll receive after people search the website.

Airgentic is still continually evolving. Added features, such as the Voice feature, help with accessibility by allowing people who may have difficulty typing to verbally input their questions into the AI chat.

The guys at Airgentic are always available to help and respond very quickly and are super friendly, approachable and always strive for the best possible outcome in the shortest possible timeframe.

**What do you dislike about Airgentic?**

It still feels like a work in progress, but I think it has the potential to be brilliant as more features are added over time. That said, it sometimes pulls up or refers to older information even after it has been removed from the site.

**What problems is Airgentic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps website users find information on Council-related topics quickly, reducing the time they need to spend browsing the site and often cutting down on the need to call the office. It also supports accessibility.

**What do you like best about Airgentic?**

This is a dev-centred review of the product. We've deployed it on a large post-secondary site with over 10,000 indexed pages. When we chose Airgentic, it offered some of the best options for controlling the agent responses that we had seen in a survey of available options.

Since deploying the software, the feature set for tuning and controlling the responses has grown quickly, often with our direct input and requests. We have all of the tools necessary to continue tuning the responses and many of the administrative settings will be immediately familiar to those who have worked with RAG/AI search systems and chatbots.

If you don't want that level of detail, the core product works out of the box very well and you do not need to be a prompt engineer to get good responses. There are many ways to optimize performance, from curated responses to controlling which content is used for answers. The software meets the user. It can be as easy or as technical as you want it to be and this is fantastic for our team of devs, analytics experts and content owners.

The support level has been excellent and the initial deployment is straight forward and easy to get started.

In the case of bugs and issues, Airgentic was quick to help us determine if it was a platform problem or something of our own doing. In the former case, they were quick to provide detailed analysis and fixes where required.

We have already seen a clear positive signal for ROI, but I'll leave that review for our analytics experts. ;)

**What do you dislike about Airgentic?**

We have had some glitches but these are transient and typical to any platform that utilizes the underlying LLM technology and similar to what we've seen prior with other platforms. See the corresponding note about bugs and issues in the positive side.

I really have no 'dislike' specific to this product.

**What problems is Airgentic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airgentic is providing a powerful platform to give users immediate and useful answers about your products and services. It brings the power of generative AI to create an expert on your business to help customers any time of day.
