The Jira integration was a critical factor when we chose to move forward with airfocus. Our teams needed to bring in information from Jira to better collaborate across teams but still see the work that is happening in Jira. The airfocus team as a whole has been fantastic to work with from CS all the way up to Product leadership. Item Mirror functionality is nice to have especially for rolling up to portfolio views, but there are limited nuances, such as lack of preserved child hierarchy, like epics under initiatives don't get carried over into portfolio views--I have been told that this is on their roadmap. Also, no native merge capability for duplicate items which requires manually deleting duplicates. We also would like to see workflow automations to help us work more efficiently. I also like how easy it is to setup a workspace for collecting feedback as an airfocus beginner and in addition to that Airfocus offers a lot of workspace templates that you can customize to your needs. It's super helpful to be able to pull in data from multiple sources using the API to have one centralized place to consolidate our product feedback and ideas. Integrating with GitHub also allows us to keep an eye on progress on the development side automatically. I log in about once or twice a week during much of the quarter, and multiple times a day when we're deep in product planning mode. Implementation was simple (if not a bit tedious to import and categorize our historical data), and I loved that I was able to customize the product to do exactly what I needed to do. It makes it so much easier to plan product updates because we feel confident that everyone has equal access to a full picture of customer sentiment about certain products and features.
