Aires’ client web platform, MobilityX, was designed by taking a collaborative, people-centric approach with our clients. In developing the tool, we studied team dynamics, information flow, and behavior patterns, providing a broader understanding of user needs. Built for flexibility and scalability, MobilityX enables our clients to customize critical processes and data structures to meet program demands and manage change. The tool incorporates processes such as initiation and systems integration.  Aires’ customized MobilityX Web Services site serves as a centralized information portal for corporate mobility team and their relocating employees.  Each transferee will be provided with their own password and log-on information which will enable them to view their own relocation status via this web portal.
