The platform is easy to integrate and updates can be implemented quickly. Their innovative use of AI makes quoting faster and more efficient, positioning the platform as the future of the quoting process. **What do you dislike about Aircon?** We initially experienced some challenges with our billing expectations and understanding of the process, but once we contacted Aircon, the issue was quickly resolved. **What problems is Aircon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aircon significantly reduces quote turnaround times. Without it, receiving international rates from overseas can take up to 24 hours. The tool allows us to obtain pricing quickly and provide faster responses to our customers. ### 2. I will miss the interaction. **What do you dislike about Aircon?** I don't like they decided not to do bookings for air freight. It put us in a bind and the ones ExFreight and Air Menzies are not the greatest partners. Air Menzies is very slow to respond and ExFreight is taking a while to get onboarded. I think this would of been better to at least stay open for booking until end of the year. **What problems is Aircon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nothing right now as no longer can quote using our account. There are still costs involved and now there really isn't a good way about getting rates competitively. Aircon had decedent rates but Air Menzies are high. ### 3.
