**What do you like best about Aimsio | Field Service Management Software?**

Aimsio's customer Support has been great to deal with. The system is easy to use and it has been a smooth implementation. We have had a great working relationship with Michael and Lisa and they have allowed us to streamline our internal processes and greatly improve our overall efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Aimsio | Field Service Management Software?**

Aimsio does not have an inventory system or allow jobs to be created on their app. Both of these would be quite beneficial. We also have a number us US users who use android that struggle to connect at times.

**What problems is Aimsio | Field Service Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aimsio has helped us go paperless. This fixes the issue of missing paper tickets or mixing up different versions of the same ticket. Their job/dispatch board allows all managers across our company see and contribute to various jobs without the need for constant phone/email discussions. Michael was able to build custom reports which greatly enhanced our productivity and allowed us to streamline many aspects of our work. Our payroll processing time has been greatly reduced as well due to Aimsio's integration with PowerBI.

**What do you like best about Aimsio | Field Service Management Software?**

I like the fact I can manage my own hours, and put my equipment time and everything else under it. It’s super convenient for me, and office people that would usually have to put in all this info in the system. Very nice system, nice modern way of doing hours for work!

**What do you dislike about Aimsio | Field Service Management Software?**

How long it takes to sync. Sometimes 20 minutes if I don’t have wifi, and has laggy moments. But on wifi even it still takes 3 minutes which I find weird cause my brothers Samsung can load it in 10 seconds. I have iPhone.

**What problems is Aimsio | Field Service Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy way to put my hours in for the day, very accessible for entering everything.

I like that we are able to clock in hours from anywhere, and we are able to look back and see the hours we have put in the app

**What do you dislike about Aimsio | Field Service Management Software?**

The only downside I've seen is it not syncing so sometimes my managers aren't able to see my hours and I have to go back and manually sync.

I believe they are working on syncing

Helps me quickly and easily enter my work day, and revise and resubmit quickly when needed.

App version crashes a lot.  Doesn't synch often.    Web version colon on the time entry is annoying to use

It allows me to quickly and easily see my teams hours, that benefits me by allowing to do my job quicker with lesa frustration

sometimes takes a while to sync. always asking to track your location

Once you complete a timecard it is locked and can't be reopened without an admin doing it

**What do you like best about Aimsio | Field Service Management Software?**

We recently transitioned from a paper-based system to almost entirely paperless, thanks to Aimsio. After evaluating many web-based and software solutions, we chose Aimsio for its clean interface and integrations. The customer service has been exceptional, both during the onboarding process and in the six months since we’ve been live. Our staff and customer base quickly adapted to the program. The support team continues to assist us as we grow into the system and optimize our workflow. We couldn’t be happier with our choice.

**What do you dislike about Aimsio | Field Service Management Software?**

The system's limitations are similar to those of other web-based solutions. At times, we have made customization requests that require platform-wide updates or changes. As a result, we have had to modify some of our own processes to work within the system's limitations.

**What problems is Aimsio | Field Service Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aimsio is solving several key problems for us, including streamlining our ticketing and invoicing processes, eliminating the need for paper-based systems, and improving overall efficiency. By transitioning to Aimsio, we have reduced administrative overhead and reduced the number of errors associated with manual data entry. Overall, Aimsio has improved our operational efficiency and provided a more seamless and organized approach to managing our business processes.

I like the simplicity. Easy to learn and navigate.

Cannot add photos and attachments to jobs.
The refresh on the mobile version is painfully slow.
