We're pretty much happy with it, but sometimes Salesforce runs things with a la carte items, which can be a bit challenging. I don't like how the agentic advisor suite being planned isn't included by default as part of the financial services cloud package. My firm already spent quite a lot on the transition and they are not going to want to spend even more for new features they should be getting with their initial investment. I think some of the configuration methods feel old or outdated, and the implications of making changes aren't always clear. I don't love how some settings need tweaking to get a consistent experience across desktop and global landscapes.
