What problems is Agentforce Energy and Utilities (formerly Salesforce Energy and Utilities Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you? - It is one of the best decisions we made to implement Salesforce Energy and Utilities Cloud(Vlocity) for our CPQ and Sales process - We integrated our Quote/Order flow with Docusign to make the contract process seamless - We implemented dynamic contract templates using Vlocity document templates - We were able to able to integrate our internal applications using APIs using integration procedures - Our flow had multiple steps which were orchestrated using Omni scripts with validation rules built into it. Very seamless transition from other similar softwares which made it easy for everyone to wrap their heads around, with a few added features that sweetened the deal. There are a few features other softwares have that this one would benefit from but overall I don't have any real complaints. The price could always be better, but I feel there's sufficient value. The customer management is pretty flawless and the overall navigation is incredibly helpful.
