**What do you like best about Agendrix?**

Communicating with specific employees, a specific department, or the entire team is very easy and quick.   Ability to have employees post shifts to trade but needing manager approval is an excellent feature.

**What do you dislike about Agendrix?**

Limitations in reporting but to their credit there has been several additions over our 2 years of use and they do take customer suggestions in their implementations.

**What problems is Agendrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our timesheets now are much more accurate than before.   A cloud based scheduling with recurrence options has allowed our managers to schedule much more efficiently and save them time

**What do you like best about Agendrix?**

- geotagged log in (I usee it to track if my team shows up when they need to, to ensure the studio operates with all key players needed for client visits; if I get a notification from Agendrix that someone hasn't signed in, I can call them and respond to any matter that has arose)
- good customer support (whenever I have trouble using a feature fo the first time, the chat is quick, where many advisors are ready to help me)

**What do you dislike about Agendrix?**

- would love newsletter confirmation to be by user not by role (as currently it just shows confirmation via position, not contact)
- more tools for scheduling (modify a series of shifts, but not all of them)

**What problems is Agendrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- honest clocking in and out (ensuring people show up on time for shifts)
- schedules (ease of creation and management of teammate schedules)

**What do you like best about Agendrix?**

Geolocation allows us to ensure the presence of our employees at their designated workstations.

**What do you dislike about Agendrix?**

It is not possible to schedule time slots as a flat rate. The report automatically outputs the cumulative hours, whereas in our work we need to know the number of flat rate blocks. However, it is very easy to do the conversion manually once the report is downloaded.

**What problems is Agendrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have employees on multiple sets at the same time, and Agendrix allows us to ensure that everyone is present and on time. When our manager is on set 1, we know that the employees on sets 2, 3, and 4 are at their posts. Before, we relied on the employees' words to manage their attendance since our manager couldn't be everywhere at once.

**What do you like best about Agendrix?**

Agendrix is an organizational tool that saves time. Managing schedules, calculating payrolls, and distributing work planning are much less burdensome tasks with its use. The modules are intuitive and very easy to use for both administrators and users. It is also a very practical tool for integrating new employees and managing their availabilities. We use this tool on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Agendrix?**

We do not use the timestamp module, simply because it is not necessary in our situation.

**What problems is Agendrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better time management, reduction of time spent on schedule management, continuous communication with employees and management of their availability, ease in seeing where the gaps need to be filled.

**What do you like best about Agendrix?**

What I like the best about Agendrix is the ease of making time entries and keeping track of the different hours banks each employee is allowed to use. The tool is easy to navigate and understand.

**What do you dislike about Agendrix?**

I don't like that it was built with shift time entries in mind, which is visible in the different modules. Our organization does not have various shifts that employees need to fill, but more like regular daily attendance to one location.

**What problems is Agendrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Agendrix is helping us solve is the tracking or the different hours' banks that employees can use. I need to review the summary for every pay period, notice the additional time off bank requests, and update our payroll accordingly. It is easy for employees to know how much time they have left on each time bank.

The software is very user-friendly. It allows us to communicate with employees via a chat platform. We can embed a process and integration questions for new employees. The application is very straightforward for employees.

We are having difficulty transferring data from Agendrix to our Acomba accounting software seamlessly.

**What do you like best about Agendrix?**

Everything is found on this application. The schedules, the employees, several sections are to be discovered. Easy to use and understandable for everyone. The integration into my pharmacy was simple and easy. I use it several times a week for schedule corrections and leave requests. Technical support is easy to access whether by email or message.

**What do you dislike about Agendrix?**

I would have liked to find a flaw in him, but in my opinion, there isn't one; everything is easy and simple.

The email change for 2 employees who had 2 emails each. They weren't using the right one, so they were unable to connect. They sorted it all out in a jiffy!

It is intuitive, easy to learn how to use it and has everything you might need to manage your teams and employees.

Honestly, nothing. It is easy to use, very nicely graphically design, quick to answer.

**What problems is Agendrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is saving me time and efficiency. Has schedule is easy to create and maintain, communication too, everything falls into place. I don't have to run after each employee, I don't have to create hundreds of excel sheet time, it's an all in one. I don't have to do a file for each employee, I can keep everything numeric, and save paper too.

**What do you like best about Agendrix?**

Agendrix is user friendly, easy to use and they propose many options that suits your needs. The free app is easy to download and the staff can consult their schedule, request days off or even switch their shifts with other employees according to you set-up. 

Many great pay integration to make your life easier. My on-boarding with Agendrix was super quick and our account director was extremely helpful and quick to answer all our questions.

It would be great to have a subscription plan adapted to the number of staff.

Quick method to get employees' hours for payroll, practical email alert when someone doesn't clock in, easy for corrections, I save a lot of time on payroll. Exporting hours worked per week by branch is helpful for billing.

**What do you dislike about Agendrix?**

The fees per employee, I would prefer to have a fixed global fee that does not change based on the number of employees, it's easier to stick to the budget.

No need to chase after employees for their hours at the end of the week!

Few things. On the technical side, it would be relevant for employees to be able to withdraw hours from their bank(s) for previous days (self-management of banks by employees).

I love how it feels really instinctive and easy to learn. Also, I love the esthetic of it. It's fun to use it.

It's only some details: the way to send some documents to my employes, or the fact that I see the employes of every department...its create visual pollution.

The ergonomic way to organise the employes scheduling, the easy way to create a new work shift. I love that I can see if my employes saw the notifications and that I don't need to print the schedules.

saves valuable time thanks to the simplicity of entering employee data into the system. It is also practical for finding all the important documents of each employee (time sheet, medical note, etc.)

In my opinion, it would have been practical to have color codes in employee timesheets. Colors for holidays, illnesses, etc.

so easy to use, the customer service is incredible, they are very responsive and quick to help with questions. Employees love the simplicity of the platform too, it's really easy to implement. whether it's requesting time off, managing their availability, swapping shifts... a must-have if you need to manage employee schedules!

**What do you dislike about Agendrix?**

I miss some of the little features I used in another platform, but Agendrix has taken note of the requests for improvements so I'm confident it'll come soon :)
but that doesn't stop Agendrix from being the perfect application for schedule management.

I love this application which is very easy to use, and the setup is quick for good integration. The customer service is very responsive and this application is constantly evolving.

For now, we cannot add the budget to the schedule printout.

Easy to use for most people, though some people have difficulty finding some feature. Employees like it.

Not the best to modify or create new schedule from a mobile device. Project managers are on the road often and would need it to be easyer on mobile

The Website is very usefull and easy to use. If i need help, i can reach for help with the chat and have an answer quickly. They answer your question very clearly and send you picture or little video to explain it to you. There team is very nice and kindfull, i recommend you this service.

Agendrix make it easy to plan de schedul for all my session. I can see who is can make a replacement or not. I can't see quickly if there's a problem with the schedule.
Agendrix is usefull when i have to do de payrolls. I can see who worked and if changed happened during the week.

Agendrix is a superb application that allows for effective management of personnel schedules. Additionally, the application facilitates communication among colleagues and enables announcements to be made to all or specific groups.

We would like Agendrix to have a more personalized configuration. Based on our needs, we have often encountered limitations. The team has taken note of our requests, but without follow-up regarding whether they would be added to our application or not.

I love the mobile access especially when I am out of the office. Timesheets are very easy to use. Furthermore, the weekly shifts copy and paste function saves time.

There is nothing I currently dislike about Agendrix. It makes it easy for me to manage a team.

Concentrates everything you need with scheduling within 1 app: schedule templates, task attribution, shifts where staff is needed/short, (un)availabilities and vacations, switch requests (and approvals), shows when staff has viewed their schedule, integrated chat, clock in, easy transfer to sages for pays, great support from staff

Nothing disliked yet! Maybe just annoying for less tech-savvy employees

Everything is concentrated in one place vs having a ton of papers for requests left and right, also saves time when preparing pays

We have a fast reply in the chat when in need of assistance. The plateform is easy to use and is pretty user friendly. I appreciate that Agendirx is a platform build in Quebec. The different options available to communicate are useful to optimase communications.

Would help if Agendrix and our pay system (Nethris) would communicate better or be compatible.

Managing leave requests and replacements. One click and everything is accepted.

**What do you dislike about Agendrix?**

I would like to be able to add inactive members to the schedule without paying. Our older people have a fixed schedule and do not have a computer or phone. This would allow the younger ones to see who is working.

I used to write the schedules by hand and had a paper sheet for vacations, now everything is optimized.

**What do you like best about Agendrix?**

It is very adaptable depending on the type of business you have. On our side, we have several operating rooms that need to be matched with employees at different times and from different sectors of activity. So, after several hours of preparation, we found a solution that met our needs. The staff at Agendrix was very available to help us and meet our needs.

**What do you dislike about Agendrix?**

Many clicks to access menus. The basic trial period should be 30 days to properly understand the application and its functionality. We were able to extend this period thanks to the staff at Agendrix.

**What problems is Agendrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem was communicating schedule changes to employees. Thanks to notifications, all affected employees are informed and avoid unnecessary travel.

That we can have a global vision. And the use is fluid and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Agendrix?**

That there is no active way to NOT accept a shift. We can only validate or do nothing, nothing that indicates a refusal to the coordinator.

I can track more easily the workshift of my employees.

Work schedule management is clearly the thing I like best about Agendrix.

I can't print individual timesheets with hours and minutes in hundredths.

It is way less complicated than using an excel worksheet for schedule and allows my organisation to have only one platform for all my three departments.

Easy to use
Everything is in the same website
Easy to integrate into our team
Great tool with so many functions available
So many features make schedualing easy and efficient
There is always a record of any changes made on the plateform

Only a few little hiccups here and there but nothing major to dislike about Agendrix.

The ease of scheduling on the plateform and sharing the schedule with the employees
With the clock-in and clock-out feature, time management, attendance of the employees is a lot easier to manage.

**What do you like best about Agendrix?**

Very easy to set up the app to use it. Easy for us but also for our staff to log in, create account and punch. In real time, we can see if an employee is punch in/punch out or not and add note about a shift.

**What do you dislike about Agendrix?**

No functionality for administror on the app... It will be a must in the next future for us. It's not possible to see who's punch in/punch out in real time on the mobile app. We have to log in on the desktop platform to check when an employee ask us if we have see his comment or anything

**What problems is Agendrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to have all our staff on the same platform. Before, we received time sheet by email or other paper. It's faster now to calculate and prepare payroll for our team.

I've use this application for over a year to manage our team's schedule, it's easy to use and fast recurency possibility for a faster schedule buid up. Great costumer service via chatbox!

What helps me the most is the attendance register, the leave requests, easy to use, we use Agendrix every day

Having access to each employee's timesheets, having the hours accounted for really helps me a lot and saves me a lot of time.  It's also easier to make schedules with recurrences, as well as to make changes to them
