## AeroAdmin Reviews
  ### 1. Fantastic for quick remote help

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Russell A. | Sole Proprietor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2018

**What do you like best about AeroAdmin?**

The ease for my clients, especially elderly and non-computer literate ones, to allow me to log in. Plus, the addition of a changing PIN is the extra security that was needed.

**What do you dislike about AeroAdmin?**

Nothing, really. It's a fantastic program. While it doesn't have a dashboard like LogMeIn (pro), it's free. For techs like myself who deal with different customers all the time, many only once or twice, it's a great tool.

**Recommendations to others considering AeroAdmin:**

I highly recommend this to anyone who needs to gain remote access to a client's system. In terms of security - the end user has to start the program, give you the ID, then the PIN (which updates regularly), and finally agree to the pop up box that gives you permission to access them. I do NOT advise using this for unattended access, because I have not used that feature myself. For residential clients, I believe it is better to have them go through the procedure and then exit the program when finished, so it only runs when you actually need it.

**What problems is AeroAdmin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple things, like a client not understanding how a program works, are a snap to explain. More complicated issues, like excessive hard drive access, are easier to deal with - and I don't have to charge for an at-home visit. When it's something quick and easy, I usually don't charge at all. This makes customer relationships stronger.

  ### 2. Aero Admin for our remote support`

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kalidaspandian R. | Assistant Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2024

**What do you like best about AeroAdmin?**

Unlike Anydesk and Teamviewer. Aero admin has a user friendly interface that make us easy to connect to the remote desktop that needs support. It is easy to implement also and not more technical.

**What do you dislike about AeroAdmin?**

Only dislike is sometimes it lags in resolution of the screen. They have to make AeroAdmin faster and stable like Teamviewer.

**What problems is AeroAdmin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now a days everything we can do every work remotely. Like that AeroAdmin simplifies my work. I am the admin for 24 data entry centers at my native District. So when the operators in those centers face any technical issues. I will use AeroAdmin to rectify those issues and also it's easy to record those sessions. It saves my time, money and effort.

  ### 3. Remote Access without breaking the bank

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about AeroAdmin?**

I like the fact I'm able to provide remote support to workstations without having to run all over the place.

**What do you dislike about AeroAdmin?**

There is a slight learning curve to be able to manipulate things if you are using dual or more monitors.

**What problems is AeroAdmin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can instantly access a user's computer and fix their problem, without having to be there in person.

  ### 4. New Business Developer

**What do you dislike about AeroAdmin?**

Compared to other alternatives it is very slow & buggy

**What problems is AeroAdmin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very easy & simple to use. Can connect with other users instantly

  ### 6. Easy-to-use Lightweight Remote Desktop Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** A. M. P. | AeroAdmin Team, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2020

**What do you like best about AeroAdmin?**

I like that AeroAdmin does not need any installation. You just have to download, run the program, input the ID and you are already connected. The remote screen also has a smooth interface and easy to use. Screen record is possible by just following the steps and even unattended access is possible for this. One of the things I like best too is that the license is cheap and affordable.

**What do you dislike about AeroAdmin?**

As of now, AeroAdmin lacks the native MAC file though they do have a workaround by running it via WINE. Also as of now, they don't support mobiles such as iOS or Android. Also, the Remote computer sound is still in beta and not yet fully implemented.

**Recommendations to others considering AeroAdmin:**

If you want a lightweight and portable remote desktop software. AeroAdmin is the way to go.

**What problems is AeroAdmin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One thing that AeroAdmin helped me solved is the complexity of installing the remote desktop software, with AeroAdmin you just need to download and you are good to go.

  ### 7. Very Stable and Most Affordale Remote Connection Suite I've Encountered

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott F. | Director of IT Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2019

**What do you like best about AeroAdmin?**

My favorite feature of AeroAdmin is its simplicity and small size. You can be up and running with this platform in a matter of minutes, and connected and supporting clients just as fast. Even the most expensive subscription they have is VERY affordable, and the level of customization offered with that package is amazing when it comes to branding and integration. You won't find as many features in a premium program for as little money ANYWHERE.

**What do you dislike about AeroAdmin?**

Sometimes the program feels a bit too simple in areas. I think it could use a bit of a face-lift to make it LOOK more modern, and I wish it was a bit more advanced in the area of unattended access.

**Recommendations to others considering AeroAdmin:**

If you need basic remote connection and assistance capabilities, but the free applications don't do enough, and the big boys are too expensive, go with AeroAdmin. You won't be disappointed with them!

**What problems is AeroAdmin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote client access and support including unattended access. I've begun building a subscription system with it for unattended monthly computer maintenance for customers, too!

  ### 8. Have used AeroAdmin successfully for several months.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Calvin H. | General Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2017

**What do you like best about AeroAdmin?**

The customer downloads and installs AeroAdmin onto their computer, then we exchange info and connect.

**What do you dislike about AeroAdmin?**

The customer must be savvy enough to download and install AeroAdmin. Of course, this is not a major dislike.
As of 7/30/2018, we no longer use AeroAdmin.
We had been using AeroAdmin in conjunction with Pulseway for Remote Desktop and Support.
However, AeroAdmin triggered too many antivirus alerts for our customers.
This forced us to abandon it and use Pulseway exclusively.
As of 7/30/2018, we also do not use Pulseway anymore, but not because on antivirus concerns.
Please see our review of FixMe.IT the new software product that we currently use and are happy with.

**Recommendations to others considering AeroAdmin:**

AeroAdmin is free and reliable for a very small business like mine.
You want to use an up to date computer with plenty of memory to get the most from it.
You want to have an Intel i3 processor or better in your computer.
Best used over Ethernet connection.
I have not needed vendor support to use the product.
AeroAdmin has great support info and video on their website.

**What problems is AeroAdmin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote access to my customers and saving gas.

  ### 9. Completely waste of money

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ali A. | University Professor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2018

**What do you like best about AeroAdmin?**

Cheaper than other alternatives-Pretty much easy to use

**What do you dislike about AeroAdmin?**

Frequent disconnection
Slow browsing when it connects
Poor and slow data transfer
It wasted 80 gb of my internet last month as I have to start over and over for a simple file transfer.

**Recommendations to others considering AeroAdmin:**

Do not waste your money

**What problems is AeroAdmin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting to my computers at University
Waste of money and time

  ### 10. It is convienent for a free software but not one I would pay for.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dax G. | Software Sales Representative, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2017

**What do you like best about AeroAdmin?**

I like how it is free and fairly easy to use. I do like how when you jump onto someone's computer you are able to act as the administrator.

**What do you dislike about AeroAdmin?**

Features within the program are buggy, like the control alt delete button does not work. The display is difficult to work with, especially if the other user has multiple screens. And I get random connections coming in requesting to connect.

**Recommendations to others considering AeroAdmin:**

This is a good place to start and be for a while but I would recommend continuing to look around.

**What problems is AeroAdmin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefit is that we are able to provide solid support by jumping on their computer and accomplishing the task that we need.
