Recommendations to others considering AeroAdmin:
I highly recommend this to anyone who needs to gain remote access to a client's system. In terms of security - the end user has to start the program, give you the ID, then the PIN (which updates regularly), and finally agree to the pop up box that gives you permission to access them. I do NOT advise using this for unattended access, because I have not used that feature myself. For residential clients, I believe it is better to have them go through the procedure and then exit the program when finished, so it only runs when you actually need it. What problems is AeroAdmin solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple things, like a client not understanding how a program works, are a snap to explain. More complicated issues, like excessive hard drive access, are easier to deal with - and I don't have to charge for an at-home visit. When it's something quick and easy, I usually don't charge at all. This makes customer relationships stronger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
