**What do you like best about Advantage HITS?**

The customizability options, as an SME I work on different projects. The software seems to be adaptable to my needs and gets the job done. The interface seems to be easy to work with as well.

**What do you dislike about Advantage HITS?**

I just couldn't find a native application for my Mac. The web application works well though. I haven't had an issue as yet but I don't think there is a support team available.

**What problems is Advantage HITS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work with all my projects and manage them with Advantage HITS all the alterations are listed down and worked upon. I feel it has increased my productivity because the design puts a perspective on the amount of work pending.

**What do you like best about Advantage HITS?**

It's cloud-based, which makes it efficient and reliable. It's got a web app so no necessary installations are to be made. It's customizable to my needs and makes everyday working fun!

**What do you dislike about Advantage HITS?**

It's not available on macOS and iOS devices. Couldn't check up on my work on the go. I'm sure they are developing it though. Doesn't have live support and phone support.

**What problems is Advantage HITS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am manually logging in the generated leads and setting up follow-ups and meetings on the daily basis. It works very well, the experience is smooth and not so worrisome.
