**What do you like best about Adjoltz?**

Honestly the fact that they just handle things. You tell them what you need and they sort it out — the setup, the templates, the flows. We didn't have to chase anyone or figure things out on our own. Also billing in AED with no weird dollar conversions is a small thing but it matters.

**What do you dislike about Adjoltz?**

Took us a couple of tries to get our message templates approved and we weren't always sure why they got rejected. Would've been helpful to have a bit more guidance on that upfront rather than figuring it out as we went.

**Recommendations to others considering Adjoltz:**

Just get on a call with them first. They'll tell you pretty quickly if it's the right fit and what it'll actually cost you. Don't overthink it like we did.

**What problems is Adjoltz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a proper WhatsApp setup for our marketing but had no clue where to start with the API stuff. Adjoltz basically took that whole headache off our plate. We're now actually running proper campaigns instead of just manually messaging people from a regular business number.
